Right now im almost 14 only working out at home, i managed to get abs with and some decent arms with body weight. Finally allowed to go to my local gym tmrow.
I don’t body build, I just do Advanced calisthenics for tendons and abs (front lever, Planche Archer pushups/Pull ups). For arms/Forearms I do mainly my arm wrestling routine which targets a lot of hand forearm and bicep/triceps. Powerlifting was another one that I am getting into but I also train Boxing for cardio, Plus I have PE every other day and I’m running a lot. For legs If I don’t have a leg press I just do Pistol squats but if I’m at the gym I use the leg press and leg squat and calve raises. I’m naturally skinny but put on muscle easily if I eat a lot.

I am also jacked, but not that much like you (5.7 foot, 147 pounds though) with a pretty normal body percentage (I bulked, so I am not to skinny and the cut would be easier. (I don't know probably 15 % body fat) ) . I only did chalistenics, and protein kicked in with my genetics, so yeah, I got pretty strong! I have been working ou for 2 years seriously, but began 4 years ago. And I can comfirm, that even as a chalistenics exerciser, your gym work out routine is REALLY GOOD! I think kinda the same way. And my diet is the same like your, only that my mum knows quite much about food, because she is an eating disorder psychologist!
You might be broke now and that okay but imagine your kids living in a life where they have to struggle because of your life choices when you could actually do something about it. The biggest gift you can give your kids after showing them love and being in their lives is financial Cover and that is why My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Im a 13 year old guy and im like 5ft. No im not a short fat guy, i am really skinny and i really have it hard to gain weigt. The reason im so short right now, is because of my mom. When my mom was my age she was also really short for her age, but she began to grow when she was like 16 i think. The reason i think its the same thing for me, is because me and my older brother got a lot of my mothers genes. My brother began to grow for real when he was 15- 16 years old.

I’m confused on what he means when he says 8-12 reps and till failure. how do you spell to do only eight reps but also go to failure? Someone please explain
its pretty simple, you pick a weight that you can only do for 8 reps. Meaning you fail at the 9th rep/cant do a 9th rep even if you had a gun pointed to your head, hence you reached failure and did 8 reps.
i started training at 10 years old now being 16, i have no idea how he got a body like that i guess the difference is, he trained for his body, and i trained for strength
You can probably substitute the bench press and triceps push downs with skull crushers and db bench press (just find a random bench without that thang for your back to rest on)
i managed to get that physique at 13 with only push ups and sit ups and plank XD(i did 100 of each a day and 1 mintue for plank btw if you couldnt tell its not very well rounded so i would recommend adding some more things like lat pull downs to get some more growth in other parts of your muscles)

Drop squats should never be done unless you have a spot or working on a machine with hooks to catch the bar if you fatigue. Seen way too many videos of people snapping their necks or spine doing this. Be wise and stay smart and safe.
Somehow I'm at 8.9-9 percent body fat, cant grow much no matter how much protein I eat and working out 6 days a week (alternating groups of course) and I still have some sort of skinny pack instead of actual abs.
