I did before I got Pharaby. I dissociate a lot of times so having her there really helps me stay on track. She is pretty good about noticing if I’m standing in one place for too long and confused so she will get my attention. I also try to make a point to go when I know it’s not going to be super busy. If I had to go on a Friday afternoon when everyone else is out it would be very overwhelming for me.
Gosh, I thought I was the only one who had this issue. My SD was trained to help me in stores and it helped a lot. Now that she’s retiring, it helps because I have to go when it’s cool and rush to get back to her. I just avoid as much as I can though because I hate it. A woman recently really invaded my personal space while in line, and I did my best to advocate for myself and politely ask her to step back and she just started arguing that she had her vaccines and hadn’t been sick in a year. 🤦🏻♀️ I was out picking up chicken for my pup’s upset tummy, and I haven’t been since. I really hate it and people like her make it 100 times worse. 😰 I feel so disoriented and lost.
I’ve found that stores are so tiring to me due to hyper vigilance. But when I can bring my dog places that is subdued a lot for whatever reason. I hope I can train him!

I am having a forgetful time all a sudden a few weeks back
