I just tried making a vaguely "healthier" ("ish-healtheir", lol 😅😅😅) version made with cottage cheese (in addition to mozzarella) and tapioca flour (and other ingredients) for the crust). I was very skeptical of how it would turn out since I'm not the biggest fan of cottage cheese. Your recipe is wayyyy less time consuming/labor intensive, and looks delicious! I'm definitely going to try it. 😊😊😊😊
Yum! I followed your recipe and in my opinion these are better then the ones at Little Ceasars. 😊 I personally like using spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce.

Lol I’ve done dough with just flour and Greek yogurt. It normally turns out fine, but I’ve never tried it with these😁
