Why was Geraint not No.1 rider in SKY when he was in his prime.? Working selflessly for others for the 1st half of his career! Brilliant cyclist! Absolutely top drawer!
Agreed Froome at his best was the obvious leader but in 2018 he beat Froome to win Tour and he was better in 2018 and 2019 than he is now which is good but not the same as when he won Alpe D'Huez
@@229ss he won the Tour following wheels and attacking on the last 300 meters in a year where Froome had to go all in at the Giro! He is a great person, a very good cyclist, but he was never one of the greats. He was an excellent domestique and now he is a podium contender...

Because he was the same as he is now, good cyclist but not as good as the best! FROOME at his prime was much better than he ever was.

Thomas has never in his entire carrer made one attack... He's by far the most boring rider of the last decade... Thus no thank you.
