My ex narcissist knew very well he could not fool me. I gave him a hard time because of my intelligence. I struggled with him because he wanted me to meet his needs and he could not meet mine. I even told him one day that I think he was seeing many people on the side. He was surprised. I told him to go to whoever he thinks was better than me. I could not tolerate his foolishness any more. I shook his ego before break up and told him I had better men than him and I will have better than him. He was infuriated and I didn't care. His problem. Let him frustrate someone else.
He said a month ago and I quote" I want to work on my psychological abuse behavior. Well he did, on me.

I’ve had so much Peace since the no contact order was placed last month, but of course today, since he can’t contact me, now he’s trying to attach/attack through the kids, acting like he cares, but looking for information consistently, yet he blocked our 5 year old on Snapchat (his only way to communicate with her) for a week, because I told him, she cried herself to sleep over the things he doesn’t think twice about that impact her, thinking I would react, but I just comforted her, prayed over her and made him of No affect.
He’s Of Non Existence too me at this point, same playbook over and over again and sick enough to try to manipulate a 5 year old child, his own child.

No they’re not mistakes, you’re right! Lm tell u a little story..my mother passed and she left me some money, so my ex narc said let’s get a summer rental at the shore...and I said ok....and she slyly slipped in there....now don’t you buy anything when we go there...you know why she said that. She calculated that knowing how I am, I would usually say, I’ll get whatever I want...but I wasn’t doing that with the money my mom left me and once she realized that, she was trying to manipulate me into it. It was calculated. And thought out, or opportunistic, but they know exactly what they’re doing. I believe they stay up at night designing things to mess with you or manipulate you. Whatever....they know exactly what they’re doing. And they’ve been doing it their whole lives...

They are intentionally evil demons!My ex even explained all the things he intentionally does.At that point after 3 years is when the spell was broken.He completely.dropped his mask.

my arrogant narc. is mentally challenged, unable to hold employment, has the mind of child, but wants total control over me...or he has tantrums and pouts and goes to bed without eating dinner very early, like around 6pm or 7 pm very often. then wakes up very early in the morning to play computer violent games and watch porn.etc..half the day.....more like having a child, than a husband.......i'm miserable...and want out!!!......
Wow, now I understand alot of what's happened. I kept trying to convince him the crumb on the table wasn't from another man! I won't ever let myself go through that again! Run!
I never saw them as a victim
They know what they’re are doing or they would not hide the behaviors.
They don’t go around telling ppl how they are treating their partner behind closed doors- they know it’s wrong -they know what they’re doing
They are legends in their own minds, but consider you to be of very little value . It is "never we , but always me" , with the narcissist

Quinn, this content is so on point, thank you. These individuals are dangerous aka predators, that much I know.. I have never met a nastier human being. Thankfully, I've been rid of that mental fruitcake for years. I come to this channel because I've been Hoovered and I do not believe this abusive parasite will leave me alone. I used to say to my last ex narc he never could see the big picture, wow we all have such similar experiences even in what we say and notice.
Yes. Admitted they were a bully throughout high school.
- They know exactly what they are doing, and how it hurts you
- They know the effects, yet they do it anyway. They don’t care
- They love the intense feeling of power over you, when you are helpless to defend yourself. They love getting drunk on power
- They enjoy getting over on unsuspecting victims, who are already psychologically beaten down
- they love to feel more superior than others. And they hate anyone who appears SUPERIOR to them. You were likely like this!
How to get the narc totally out of my head? And now Im breaking the trauma bond to my narc mom also. This is a hard yourney. Had to go no contact with my mom also. She is a big time narc after taking all vaccines she became an even bigger narc. She even started talking as the narc I was with. Then I knew I needed to go no contact.
