12 Blocks Til Christmas Block 1

This video is part of a series 12 blocks til Christmas. I will be making 12 blocks total, three a month that will air on the 6th, 16th, and 26th of the month. I will demonstrate different was to use up your Christmas stash to make a quilt to give just in time for Christmas. I will be demonstrating the blocks each month. On the first week of December, I will show how to put this together.
August:
Block 1 Red main color I cut out 4 8 inch blocks and cut them in half to make a star in the middle and use the red on the sides. This used only 8 inch blocks.

Put a leader (small piece of fabric) to prevent the issues in feeding the material.

Quilters support other quilters and want success for them when making quilts. Hold you treads or get the fabric starters and enders while you make your first stiches and try not to start at the thick point. Also show the size of the fabric you start with and how you made the cut. I have subscribed and pray for your success

If this is meant as a tutorial, then you should give cutting measurements. I also think that your machine needs servicing because the thread broke so often.

Put needle in fabric before beginning to sew (to void breaking thread) then backstitch

Please stop with all the umms…. To be successful at this, you really need to focus on not seen ummm every other word. This will make or break your channel . I’m only four minutes and 30 seconds into your video and I can’t handle it already.
