- Wuji I-Lik Chuan 無極意力拳 Interview session
Host : Sifu James Lee
We at Martial Arts Hall would like to introduce Wuji I-Lik Chuan. Established in 1976, this martial arts system is unique to Malaysia.
Grand Master Jimmy Heow co-founded the I-Lik Chuan association when he was 23 years old.
The I-Lik Chuan system emphasizes on “Yi Dao” (意道). It is more towards the development of human potential using the Mind (Yi/ 意), Energy (Hei/气), Power (Ging/勁), and the understanding of Body Mechanics (Liq Hok/力学).
It is an art of unifying the mind and body of an individual. We hope you enjoy a little bite of history that is still alive today in the Martial Arts community here in Malaysia. Do give our video a like, share, and subscribe for more contents like this!

Very nice interview many thanks for sharing 😁
as I approach 70 yrs old and my teacher is older but very powerful, he is right absolutely and the heart and mind are the last and hardest challenge.
Last question were so true as a student, I understand about the theory but in application become so hard, I don't really understand what Jimmy Laoshi said use your heart instead of head. Does that mean we should just keep practice hard and not to overthink about the technique too much?
why motions of the style is some differ from Chin Fan Sen I Liq Quan? what kind of I Liq Quan more autentic and what is the difference betwen them.
Reminds me of the joke about the difference between mantou and pau. They were watching a melodrama, but only pau was crying. Because mantou got no filling.
