Mishimoto Intercooler Install

Putting a Mishimoto Intercooler in my 2011 Duramax.
Install is 5 out of 5 on Mishimoto website, set aside a full day for disassembly and replacement.
I recommend a scaffold style bench to work on, my truck has a 6" lift on 37" tires. This helps a ton, mine is from Gorilla Ladders.
Get some help to set the new thicker intercooler as it is heavy at 69 lbs vs 21 lbs for the OEM intercooler.
I installed the cold side charge tube, the factory hot side will work with the Mishimoto intercooler.
You will need to remove the inner fenders, grille, valance, headlights and upper core support tie bar. It's easier to install the cold side charge tube if you remove your airbox and intake elbow. Note the orientation of the T bolt clamps so they don't rub on the intake, radiator or fan shroud.
