4:43 After trying several different types of glue, all of which failed to hold, my husband gave up and used a suction cup to attach a rear-view mirror to the windshield of our 1980 F100 pickup truck.
It looks like there were 6 iron pieces from front to rear holding everything together. I believe a 4” grinder cutting those 6 pieces down the middle you may be able to pull 1/2 of frame out of right side and pull 1/2 of left frame out while truck is jacked up would have save lots of time.
I was thinking the same thing. My cordless angle grinder would've sorted the bottom frame easily. Would just need to shield the car body, but I think it'd have been safe to do since it's electric.
Definitely. Chop the side rail off the bottom rectangle of steel frame in legit 30 seconds, then pull the long “E” shape leftovers out the other side. I Was laughing at how hard dude was working to get it free at the end there.
Great to see this small pickup truck! I have seen really small EV cars in China, from around 2011. If you keep the Framework free from rust, ie: galvanise, then this (on rails and a short track) could be used as a fantastic Weather Cover. Just cover the frame in waterproof PVC Sheet. Then just position this truck, and pull your "garage" over it! A good idea? Well, I think that you should do this as a separate YT Video, it would be a cool cover for your new truck. Greetings from Australia.
Would be great for a retirement community where these type vehicles like golf carts are allowed. You could go to the local market and fill it with groceries.
It's sold as a golf cart in South Africa for close to R200k, for context, that gets you an actual bakkie that drives on the road. Still curious to see how many get bought this side of the world.
Headlights are from a 2000ish dodge caravan/Chrysler town n country/ Chrysler Sebring. Taillights are from a 2000ish honda passport/Isuzu trooper. Motorhomes use this set up all the time. Sometimes they're upside down and backwards just to be different.

That's what I wish these people would list in the description after the hook ($2,000 truck) in truth even at $5,500-$7,500 it maybe great. I would rather fix up a meter maid EZ Go or Cushman that I could get parts for than try and find something for that thing that might take a year to get
My grandpa bought this but as a car. $2,000 for car and $3,468 to ship to Florida. So just under $5,500 in total. It only goes 25mph and last around 50 miles per full charge.
Nice, you found a vehicle that I can see what it feels like to be a normal sized human for the first time in my life. Including the military my job always devolved into go do stuff in tight spaces, but I might willingly get into that.
Yeah, been watching other videos on this Golf cart on steroids. Apparently the lever needs to be adjusted as well or you can't close the door while low gear is selected. Be interested to know if it's able to be registered for street use in Australia as well and what sort of registration charges would apply.
How about a review on how it handles, and how hard is it to get it registered for road legal use? Also you looked a bit uncomfortable regarding the seat size, was it?
This is really cool! The fact that it uses actual 12 volt batteries that can be charged with grampa's battery charger or a solar panel is a huge bonus. This would be fun to chop and lift it and put some rippin tires on it😎

@@mikeTooLoud no, he was laughing about how hard it was to uncrate completely......
Oh look he got a golf course maintenance truck! Lol! Even has a dump box!
Needs a powered hoist!
Changli is a producer of agriculture machinery, not a vehicle producer. It sells more tractors than the mini trucks.
It's sold as a golf cart in South Africa for close to R200k, for context, that gets you an actual bakkie that drives on the road. Still curious to see how many get bought this side of the world.
If it's street legal here in Canada, I would take one as a grocery getter/2nd car
They dont know what a Bakki is mfwetu. Say pickup.
@@maarten_notjustagrip Bakkie is obvious, anyone with a brain can.................................

It did deserve a like for the struggle alone. When I see how real the unboxing struggle was I had to like the video at that point. Good to see you post it still and get the job done. These are the real type of vids I like.

Cordless sawzall ... Would definitely get the frame out of the way
in Texas we call them "stadium trucks" cause we can use them inside football stadiums why didn't you just jack it up and slide the rack out from the back it's takes a few steps to get past the horizontals if you don't cut them but a little easier lol
How about sawzall
why dont I believe you. You have never scene this vehicle would be my guess.

I had zero expectations when he was proud of his “tool kit”
buy an angle grinder.....
The unboxing itself is worth watching the video already!
The cost of the truck is 2000 but to have it shipped and imported and the taxes it ends up being closer to 8,000
That's what I wish these people would list in the description after the hook ($2,000 truck) in truth even at $5,500-$7,500 it maybe great.
Ah IMp detail they skip
LOOKS FUNNY 😁 , NICE TOY 🛻 , TO HAVE AT THE RANCH HANDY & EVEN HAVE THE KIDS LEARN HOW TO DRIVE 🤔 , SHIPPING EXPENSE IS RIDUCULOUS !
It can't come to America free, like the Mexcans?
Nice, you found a vehicle that I can see what it feels like to be a normal sized human for the first time in my life. Including the military my job always devolved into go do stuff in tight spaces, but I might willingly get into that.
i have seen other channels fitting bigger batteries to make it quicker, solar panels on the roof for charging, LED headlamps, better infotainment, etc
perfectly packaged, just super.
ITS ADORABLE!!! I’m 66 ,..live in Orlando Florida,…and yes a i 2 golf carts .I’m all in on this !!
😅 that laughter 😂
Thank you for showing this. $2000 dollar pickup. I definitely will follow you to see how the mini pickup does WORK.
The lever on the base of the seat is a switch for low gear which gives you more torque to unbox…did it come with instructions?
All the instructions are probably in Chinese
Yeah, been watching other videos on this Golf cart on steroids. Apparently the lever needs to be adjusted as well or you can't close the door while low gear is selected. Be interested to know if it's able to be registered for street use in Australia as well and what sort of registration charges would apply.
@@tavis2299 not hard to use Google translate nowadays 😁🤭
@@geradkavanagh8240 Nope.
It doesn't comply with ADR (Australian Design Requirements) and it definitely doesn't comply with safety regulations.
@@BatCaveOz bit of a shame. would be great in our small town of Blackwater where speed limit is 50km/hour anyway.( apart from on the golf course. :/)
Convert the box into a mini garage.
The plywood box covering was done like that out of shame by its builders.
Standard small vehicle/golf cart packing.
How about a review on how it handles, and how hard is it to get it registered for road legal use? Also you looked a bit uncomfortable regarding the seat size, was it?
Nowhere in civilisation is going to allow that thing to be on the road legally. It's a death trap.
This is really cool!
The fact that it uses actual 12 volt batteries that can be charged with grampa's battery charger or a solar panel is a huge bonus.
This would be fun to chop and lift it and put some rippin tires on it😎
If you change the wheels/tires you're going to reduce battery life, probably burn out the motor...
@@kerryedavis that's what people said about my Toyota.
Its got over 100,000 miles with a lift kit and big tires.

@@joebloe9901 Did you see how small the motor is in that thing? Also there's no transmission with switchable gearing.

I think the value of this shipment is the steel cage your truck came in. It could make good security fencing, just weld the pieces together. A fun video, though.
Use it to make a garage for lil red.
Build a time out booth for the kids.
Felicidades, esta bonita tu troquita, mas que es electrica y sobre todo barata! congrats.. Its a beautiful little pick up, electric and overall cheap !! way to go, buddy....... greetings from mexico
I think it surprisingly useful for like farms and what not. The thing isn't suppose to drive fast, its just suppose to drive. It can haul some stuff in the bed itself and its probably the easiest car to maintain even as an electric car. For 2000$ most people would just get a used regular petrol\diesel vehicle, but this is a brand new electric vehicle for the same price. For its main purpose I think it can work just fine as far as you don't drive it on the streets lol.
Ahhhhhh......................NO.
I don't think it would have enough to pull itself over the rocks in the driveway on this Farm if it can't pull itself out of that little box
You could build a decent chicken coop out of that shipping frame!
It's like a giant power wheels for adults. I want one
Wow a dump bed. Just needs electric linear rams. Great yard boogie.

Drop it from a Drone

At what height?
Yeah…how did it end up on the lawn in the first place???
Probably have to arrange your own pickup/delivery from US costumes
As someone who has ordered large objects overseas. The supplier usually gives you a tracking number and a trucking company gives you the date for delivery and you have to be there to receive the delivery.
Looks like you got a "Tiny House" to boot from the shipping dunnage.
A good start for an ample lawn shed, aye?
@James G.
You could set it up as a lil garage for it. I think the truck is cute. Get it for a graduating daughter or son. At least they'd be getting a new vehicle for graduation!! Cheap fuel mileage!! Just plug up and charge... He acts like he's embarrassed for buying it, he keeps laugh. Ugh!!
Slightly larger than a Power Wheels car I got for my kids. Insane

I am the second owner of a Coco truck which I really like, but they will not sell you any spare parts or give you any support unless you’re the original owner.
In the other unboxing of this the guy ran into the same problems, even trying to drive it off the cage.
After all that work he finally realized there was a lower gear which could’ve handled driving him right off the cage.
