This video shows you how to replace fuel injectors on your 199-2004 Chevy S10. Fuel injectors are computer controlled spray nozzles that deliver fuel to your engine in precisely controlled volumes. They are one of the keys to modern efficient and clean engines. If a fuel injector is dirty or failing, it can present symptoms such as rough idle, engine surges, rich or lean conditions, and check engine lights. Replacing a problematic fuel injector with an engineered to fit TRQ replacement part right away is essential to the health of your vehicle’s engine.
This repair was done on a 1994 Chevrolet S10 Base 2.2L Standard Cab Pickup 2-Door RWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

FYI: This whole video applies to 94-97 2.2L engines ONLY. The 98 and newer S10 2.2L engines use a totally different design setup for the intake manifold and injector setup.
Followed every step and started shooting fuel all throughout my exhaust, awesome
Great video and explanation 👍
While you're there doing all the injectors does it make sense to replace the fuel pressure regulator ? Wondering if I should
Are these injectors the same on a 2002 Chevy s10 2.2L 5speed ?
Great detailed video ! Appreciate the video and thank you for sharing!
I have an injector that is leaking. Would replacing the oring on it would fix the problem or do you recommend replacing the entire injector ? Please let me know your recommendation. Thank you again !
You can get good injectors reasonably priced. Considering the amount of work to get them out, might as well replace with all new injectors. That way, this part of your truck should then be worry free for MANY thousands of miles once again.
@@oldironkeepsmeyoung464 agreed! Replaced the injector already. Leak check good. Going strong......many many miles go to !
Can you make a video of how to take off fuel pressure regulator on 1994 Chevy s10 2.2
Everything about this video was great, except when you got to the installation of the fuel injectors. Sure number 1 is easy to seat, but how do you seat number 2,3, and 4?? You didn’t show that, I had to make up a jig with a strong back to push against to seat them into their respective holes. It would have been a lot more helpful to me if I knew and saw how you seated them in place. If there’s a special tool to obtain to do this, that would have been helpful to know about?! Please be more specific in the future for us laymen.
