Suit is a masterpiece. Color is very flattering for Spring. Change out acid yellow for lavender, blush, blue, or white, etc.

What an outstanding video! As a hobby seamstress I really appreciate Esusannah’s talent (sorry, I’m not sure on the spelling!) and also having the technicalities of weight of fabric etc discussed along with the style tips. Trinny is a fantastic communicator and explains good style so succinctly. This is one video I’m sure I’ll be watching again for design reference! Thank you!

Wow Suzanna is a designer gem with a needle; she’s transformed the ordinary (though very nice) into something really spectacular. I actually like the green trouser suit on you even though it may not be the best colour but it’s so strikingly unusual and with turquoise underneath the jacket it would look sensational. Love seeing these garments come into their own
A hot pink or fuchsia would work too I think. Some strong pinks or purples maybe. Or even a softer pink. I couldn't quite see which colours were in the fabric, but the overall look of the green is quite soft, so a strong vibrant colour to go underneath would look nice. :)

The green made last suit which Trinny isnt too fond of, she had it on with a neon green soft shirt underneath and it looked FABULOUS

hi trinny, this gives me the confidence i need to start altering the pieces I have in my wardrobe just because the fit wasnt 100%. And secondly, many a times I love a dress in Zara or other high street shops but the pattern did not suit me 100% because of the cut, sleeves, length, etc. I thought of buying two dresses but never fully entertained the idea. Your videos makes me think these are not silly ideas at all... My mother makes me put up with my ill-fitting clothes and someone as petite as me would benefit tremendously by having her wardrobe overhauled at the alterations shop. I love all your videos but this one tells me I can actually save a lot of money by altering what I already have.

This was a great video. Loved it all and darling Trinny that Green suit would be beautiful if you were to wear a blue blouse with it because there is blue in the metrical and looked good on you.
I'm a plus-size and am so happy with the new puffy sleeves as they really do make you look thinner especially if worn with paper bag trousers. I love shoulder pads too. They do the same.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are a Goddess for continuing to post content. My mother taught me to sew as a little girl so I think I will take this opportunity at home to mend and do some easy alternations by hand. I gave my sewing machine away years ago.

Love this and I completely agree with you about tailoring. It transforms an "item" into SOMETHING SPECIAL. Sometimes it's just a bit of fitting. Or maybe it's replacing cheap buttons with nice ones. Adding or removing length. Those bra strap braces (you know what I mean!!). And with some creative vision a garment can become absolutely spectacular. This is probably one of the most valuable stylist videos I've seen in a long time. So many people don't know about tailoring and they are wasting money donating or tossing items that have so much life left in them.

To tell you the truth, I adore your leopard gilet from VC but I cannot find anything similar, so I thought I recreate it buying a zara leopard coat and cutting off the sleeves. Wow! I need an Ezsusanna (sp?) in my life. She is an incredible seamstress with an exquisite eye, just like yours Trinny. I adored this video and the alterations you made; I was worried about touching the kimono but I actually gasped when I saw it as a dress. Your waist looks so tiny! May I ask where the yellow blouse is from, that you wore with the green suit? Thank you for keeping us entertained during this crisis. Fashion truly is the best cure for boredom! I must watch this again as I’ve forgotten the name of that beautiful pink lip colour which I must buy on payday! (And because it’s a marvellous video) xxx
