I could not resist watching this listing, even though it is WAY too much for me and little white poodle. I know she'd love the room to roam (and scare the crap out of me with her long explorations). Florida is crazy right now especially down where Im at in Homestead! A freaking Town House is in the high 400k to 500k !!! I do not see how these are selling out down here ! The mortgage these people are paying!! Its crazy!!!! I bought my new Lake Front , 3 Car , 3 Bath , 3 Bed 2 story home for 196k in 2003. No way I would be able to afford at todays prices down here. I think a bubble is going to burst in a couple of years where there will be alot of foreclosures ............................ just my observational opinion.

This is random but what type of internet do they provide out where this house is at? And is it fast or slow? Love the house and very interested but doing social media we kind of need good internet and it being a “rural” area is something that worry’s us only because of the internet speeds
Hi guys! That is a great question. Although this house is more on the rural end, they still have exceptional wifi and internet service. This house had 5G wifi while I was there and the best Wifi service provider would spectrum!

He’s wasting peoples time. It’s dishonest and CLICK BAIT.
Take a screenshot of the listed details and tell me the price. Oh wait, you can’t. Because he’s click bait. The only way to get the price on everything he shows is to click and watch the videos which is a waste of time for someone who’s busy. This is nonsense. Thousands of listings a day and this guy wastes peoples time by NOT listing the price in the details. It’s intentional as click bait and he knows it and so do other people that are sick of it and unsubscribing to someone who doesn’t respect our time.
