I love the slightly longer holds in this flow! I loved it for getting a better understanding of my form, feeling my muscles work harder to hold longer, and it was especially helpful since I am still new to mandala yoga and sometimes have trouble with transitions. Having a longer hold time allowed me to figure out the transitions before having to quickly move to the next thing.
By far one of your most brilliantly choreographed practices Charlie! Each of those innovative transitions eg. from lizard to one legged side-plank or bhujang to marichi asana is an example of your creative brilliance. The only thing missing in this practice were some core work & inversions to make this a complete practice. While I love the fact that you don’t waste time with any marketing talk before your practices, I think this practice needed a little intro on Mandalas & the benefits of this practice. As usual you look so amazing with your perfectly carved body & beauty coupled with your soft voice which has become music to my ears. Thank you so much 💜👩🏻🖤🍑💋🥰👌🏻💪🏻🙏🏻✨🎶

I loved this flow I sometimes don’t do the mandala ones because I get confused if I can’t see you but your instructions are just timed perfectly , I love that it’s dynamic but still calming and always connected to the breath .so glad I found you ! I dont know i felt this like it was the journey it seemed hard sometimes, but gathering up self together again continuing the class worth it, and at the end i felt it was the best reward doing shiwasna. I felt to cry but i felt whole my body having different feelings today even my joints, my muscles telling me the story and i felt amazing❤thank you Charlie Ma'am thank you❤i felt crying due to some poses i was not able to perform well, i fell many times, i take some rest during the session to take breathe and continued.. It was whole some experience ❤
It was great I do it at morning l take a break in the middle of the practice but I continue at the end I feel so refresh and relax. Thank you Charlie for your amazing work 💖
What a beautiful flow! I needed to adjust the direction to watch the screen the first time but now I can practice in Mandala style along with you, Charlie. I love this fairly slow flow with challenging transitions❤

I rarely do 1-hour practice, however, I tried a few from your channel and I absolutely enjoyed! The benefits of these practices are here in my body and in the restfulness of my mind. Although some elements were challenging the pace was perfect and I was able to perform everything! Thank you so much! P.S: Once I requested to add more light to this room. It's so beautiful now! Hi Charlie, this class was incredible! So soothing ! I went completely out of my mind, which was more than necessary today😀 I have a little technical question please : in some flows, you cue us to keep our feet joined in downdog before lIfting one leg, not in that class. I don't feel any major difference in my body, whether my feet touch or not. Do I do smg wrong ? Or is there a reason we should keep our feet touching in downdog ? Thank you in advance, I'm very curious about (almost everything in) yoga😉
Hey thank you for the feedback and your question. Yes there is a reason I cue this. When you are lifting one leg and opening the hip it’s easier to maintain balance and open the hip if the foot is in the middle of the mat, that’s why I cue feet together. Whereas when you are lifting the leg but not opening the hip keeping the feet wider apart is ok. I hope this helps x
