    Can I add other marinades and cook lamb at same time shown in the video then?Will same cooking time depend on what marinades I use?

    • @mrskewer964
      @mrskewer964  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No the marinade is not affecting the cooking time.
      The cooking time is dependent on the size of the meat, temperature on the bbq and the temperature of the meat when starting to bbq.

    You forgot the end part - where you throw it in a pan with shoti and shake it to mix the juices and shoti 🤷🏼‍♂️😋😋

    Точно грузинский вариант. Они везде зелень суют, скоро ещё и орехи начнут добавлять

    Since when are Turkish lamb sis Georgian? even the word Sislik is Turkish.

      Brother its well known where Shishlik came from the Caucuses region where they famous to make the best skewered meat on the grill. Turks make good Kebabs I admit. Sislik was adopted by the ottomans from Shushlik.

      @@danielkh7103 The name Sislik is Turkish. Sis means skewer. Lamb Sis is made in all Turkic countries from Kazakstan till Turkey. Gaziantep makes the best Lamb Sis Kebabs. Gaziantep is a Unesco gastronomy city.

      @@kentishtowncomputer its turkic not turkish the turkic nations came to antatollia from central asia and the Caucuses.

      @@danielkh7103 In Turkish language there is nothing called Turkic. Neither in history. Turkic is a made up term by the west to divide the Turkish people. Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Northern Cyprus, Kirgizistan all Turks. Turkish kebab is known all around the world. Georgia, Armenia, Russia, Ukraine all these countries are highly influenced by Turkish cuisine. Naming Turkish lamb sis as Georgian is like naming Chinese noodles african...have some dignity and shame.

      @@kentishtowncomputer Places like Georgia Chechnya have existed for few thousands of years Turkey is more of a new comer to the region from turkic groups that's all I said.
