    This video is a stunning example of both cooking and video production I was enthralled and mesmerized for the entire 10 minutes and 53 seconds!!! I have never seen that done using the onion juice like that and the gorgeous lamb fat on the skewers left me breathless not to mention those gorgeous freshly picked vegetables. This is over the top excellence well done my friend!

      Most of the Turkish restaurants (there are of course a few exceptions) outside of Turkey are really bad examples of Turkish food, because they dont focus on authenticity and the ingredients. @ChemicalOrbit 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HungryManKitchen It tasted amazing, I didn't have time to marinate the meat for more than a couple of hours. I think 1 big, or 2 small cloves of garlic will be perfect. I cut the peppers into small pieces and put them on a skewer. I also put some mushrooms on a skewer, and the tomatoes. Then I made a marinade for the vegetables using rapeseed oil, paprika, salt and pepper. I grilled the pancakes very shortly directly on the grill, after smoking them on top of the meat. Next time I will add some goat cheese, I think it will be extremely good, especially with the mushrooms. Thanks a lot for the recipe bro.

    • @ChemicalOrbit
      @ChemicalOrbit 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      And next time I think I'll use greek youghourt in the marinade maybe instead of the milk, or in addition.

    • @HungryManKitchen
      @HungryManKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ChemicalOrbit Yogurt works same as the milk gives a little bit stronger flavor. Milk enables a milder marination. Try and see what works best for you ;)

    This is a great recipe and my go to when ever I'm grilling lamb. What can be used to tenderise beef cuts (like round, thigh etc). I don't like papaya or meat tenderiser powders as they leave a mushy texture on the surface. May be you should do one for beef now. Long overdue. Thanks

    • @HungryManKitchen

    • @HungryManKitchen
      @HungryManKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can add some salt, but add it later maybe 30 minutes before grilling. Just for this recipe I prefer adding it during or after grilling as the meat stays more tender this way.
