What a sweet old girl. I'm only half way through the video but really enjoying it, always looking to learn more about these A's, can't wait to get one myself.
For "how to" videos Paul Shinn right here on TH-cam has what you need!
The generator you took off your Coupe looks like what we call a "Long2" used from March 1930 until the end of production. The one you "won" at auction with the output near the front pulley is a "Long1", used from October 1928-March 1930. Either one uses the same cutout - just mounted differently. Unless you're restoring to blue ribbon standards, either one can be used on your 1930 Coupe.
Soo awsome! . I completely restored a 62 alis chalmers b110 .completely tore it down. New wire repaired the fuel tank. New paint.rebuilt the motor. It was a lot of work. Amazing job brother. I wish you all the best New memories to come👌👍👍
Very nice! Thanks for watching!
Good work you and Brent
Thank you. Couldn't have done it without Brent.
Paul Shinn is a YT Model A guy and has all kinds of info on your car. Also, I recall Pumpkintown Primatives removing his gas tank and he documents the steps very clearly. 👍
Watched alot of Paul's video's. He definitely knows his stuff.
She looks great. Been following Brent for a while now. Very talented man. Be safe and stay well.
He sure is. Thanks for watching!
That’s cool , friends come together to help . Thanks for sharing. Have a great week ahead 👋
Thanks for watching!
Way to go for I love the old cars.
Nice old car. Loved the video.
Thank you
Normally im not a fan of model A's, but i gotta say that one is a real beauty. Your lucky you have some great freinds that help out Jeff...(not saying you could not do it on your own lol) Awsome job and i hope you enjoy it for years.
Thanks very much!
Jeff and Brent well done 👏 you can thank Brent for my subscription ,and wow what an auction score on thiose parts 👏 never now what might need for rainy day hey keep doing what your doin ❤ love it
Thanks very much!
Brent can fix everything except a broken heart and the crack of dawn
You have a beautiful looking coupe !!
Looked like the package tray was removed to make it easy to move the seat back for more leg room!
Great job and excellent video , car people stick together 👌
Thank you! Absolutely!
Brent is an inspiration to all of us, glad you guys could work together. The antifreeze drain pan was for in the old days you took the antifreeze inside in winter and heat it to put in to warm the engine. Thanks
It was challenge but definitely rewarding! Thanks for watching
Dow corning silickone waterproof grease! Ive never tryed it but just a suggestion that might wirk. Or old rope and beeswax or stay lube trailer grease.hope these might help.
On the distributor lock down, you did loosen the locking NUT before attempting the screwdriver loosening…
Sea Foam is a Tune-up in a can!!!!
You know who Brent looks almost identical to here? The actor William Smith, he was in Any which way you can with Clint Eastwood.
Get rid of the 2 blade fan, they are a disaster looking for a place to happen!
They run out of ballence, vibrate and shake, eventually fly apart!
Been subscribed to Sobering since the DD speed shop 57 give away.
Thanks for the tip. Thanks for watching!
That’s a rebuilt engine, new pistons new valves probably new Babbitt on the bottom It doesn’t even show ring stick. That’s just a tight engine.
NI$E RIDE. BROTH"R !!! ... .. .❤😮😅😊🤠

Kroil works a world better.
Marvel oil, kroil are better !!!
