I have a garage door opener button that is inside the garage that no longer works. It was hard wired to the Mac Lift unit. Any advice?

If you are referring to the wall station (that has the open/close button, light button & lock-out button) then the 1st thing to check is the wiring. Check the two wires going into the operator have not been removed. If you installed a new 75424 Radio Receiver to your operator then the two wires that go from that receiver to the operator go into the same terminals that the wall station use (#3 & #4). If the two wires from the wall station are not in terminals #3 & #4 then reconnect them to those two terminals along with the two wires from the receiver and the wall station should work again.

We connected the receiver and now it works with the remote. However, now our wall control for our garage door is no longer working.

Go back at watch the video starting at the 2:04 mark th-cam.com/video/H6C1KmvCltY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=n2xEhZD-rSbY02G7&t=124
The two wires that were in terminals #3 & 4 before you installed the two wires for the radio receiver are the wires going to your wall control station. They need to stay in terminals #3 and #4 in order for the wall control station to work. So you are basically just adding the wires from the receiver to the wires from the wall station to terminals #3 and #4. It's a tight fit to get all of those wires in those 2 terminals but it will work. - Brian

Will the old 390mhz remotes still work after installing this?

Since they work on different frequencies you should be able to use both. If you do notice that the distance of the remote working to be shortened or working intermittently then the 390MHz receiver should be removed as it may be causing interference but that's not common.

What to do when programming remote and 7 is not rapidly blinking?

Is the remote a Marantec branded remote? Is the remote the same frequency as the radio receiver? If the answer to both is yes then you can try pulling the radio receiver out, pushing it back in and try programming the remote again. If that doesn't work then the radio receiver is most likely bad & needs to be replaced.
