It's called 3D projection mapping - same thing Disney uses in Florida for much of their ‘Happily Ever After’ show in the Magic Kingdom. Projected onto Cinderella's Castle.

This is an old house in Houston and the face is the spirit of the house. He's playing with Santa. The house is extending the bricks, Santa is not pulling them out.

I just saw this as advertised by getston on Facebook showing this video that how I ended here. I am not sure is the Getston is the company who created this hologram mapping projection. The are selling a 3D projector for $149.
They did not make this. They are using it as Clickbait and selling projections by Atmos FX. Stealing from another company.
