Thank you Luma for including me as part of this video - so much creativity in this community and thank you for the highlight :) Cant wait to see what everyone is up to this year
Very nice demonstration selection. I really like Paul Bush’s display for more of a kind of traditional haunted house effect. That being said they are all great. So much talent here. I am attempting to set something up and finding it difficult as our house really is not built to optimize projections. Think wide kinda single story ranch-ish style house with large split portrait styled windows across the front and a sloped hip jointed roof line. Think about 70’ wide and 7’ tall to bottom of roof line. Throw in a 2’ protrusion of approx 1/3 the width toward the street in the midsection and some flower beds covering side to side with a couple of 6-8 foot shrub/tress at the corner of each protrusion and a smattering of 1.5 foot plants most of the way across. Will get it figured out. May start with only a small section this year and the expand as I become more proficient with this. Anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks for sharing such great content!
Thank you for sharing. I am familiar with several of these shows, but some I haven't seen before. Hopefully someday soon, my show will be good enough to be added to a future video.
Great video!!! I do feel it would be helpful to provide information of the lumens each projector used to create the scene. As a projector mapping owner many of these scenes look like they were using very high lumen projectors.
Unfortunately I don't have that information for every show featured in the compilation. But I agree, it's always nice to know how many lumens went into a show
I thought I'd already done that... 🤔😁 I know you've seen this series th-cam.com/play/PLfWMqWrQ0HYN7bFnKU2kCVcPGPNdXkfAw.html and this series th-cam.com/play/PLfWMqWrQ0HYPZ3nbOQRJ29SwuMsjC1lkZ.html
Good morning does your company do the Christmas shows like Fitz Productions? Do you have a reference in Maryland for someone to do the mapping? Thank you
Hi, no I don't sell shows at this time. This directory is for cake mapping but many of them can do projection mapping of all kinds so you could search your local area there www.lumabox.com/cake-mapping-provider-directory/
Thanks for putting this together. Year 3 for me of mapping with integrated lights and sound, and I always enjoy checking out what you come up with. th-cam.com/video/KqfD9rTNHMQ/w-d-xo.html
Why are the animations on projection mapping projects always so awful? Even at Walt Disney World some parts of the animations on their show looks awful

Me neither! They get better and better every year! Thank you for giving me the OK to feature your great work 👍
Fantastic Montage, This would be the go-to video to summarize what's possible. Great job & thank you for the mention.
No problem and thanks for letting me feature your shows!

That does sound challenging, but you'll get there 🙂 Starting on a small section to begin with sounds smart to me
@@LumaBox Thanks. Maybe someday our house projection will be listed an example of what is possible.
This was fantastic! Loved your commentary along with the variety of displays you assembled. Great work!
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for participating - much appreciated 🙏
Thanks so much for including our projection mapping + light show in your compilation video!
My pleasure!
Thanks Luma for the shoutout!
Thanks for letting me show your great work!

I hope so too! Glad I brought some more great shows to your attention 🙂
lots of great videos here. tons of talent.
I agree - there's a lot of talent out there! 💯
Great as always. All of these are good.
Sorry I didn't know about Xanadu 😅
@@LumaBox It's alright. I appreciate all you taught me about this hobby. Hope you recognized the Lumabox assets I used in that. They worked great.
@@ResolvedHomeProjections I did! Great stuff
This was great. Thank you! Does anyone know what is a perfect projector for projection mapping?
I suggest some here and I think they're among the best you could choose. They go in and out of stock www.lumabox.com/house-projection-mapping-kit/

Love the Beetlejuice shows!
That’s definitely one of my favourites too. Super colourful 🤩
@@LumaBox So clever how they pair the broadway lightbulb arrows in the show with the physical bulbs on their shrubs 🤯
Awsome job.... Kindly prepare video revealing how did you make the house mapping?

How is the 3-D effect produced that you refer to in this video? Thanks!
3D software like Blender (free and awesome) or Cinema 4D
Do you sell your projections?
I don't sell full shows but I sell some of the individual animations I use in my shows www.lumabox.com/product-category/holiday-projection/

Epic. You threw everything but the kitchen sink in there! You got me with the Rickroll! 😂
@@LumaBox HAHAHA!! My kids thought that was so funny.
Your show was amazing!!

Awful how? Animation is difficult, skilful work that's time consuming/expensive, I guess
