Good advice from your friends, Samuel. Steer clear of vegetable, canola, grapeseed and sunflower oils. Best oils: Olive, avocado, coconut and at a pinch, rice bran. Use olive oil cold, the rest for frying etc.
Nah no oils are good oils use the air fryer. for pan frying butter is the go.

@@paulweston285 I strongly suspect we're on the same page, Paul. Missus and I only use 'real' butter when cooking but when I preach to friends and family to get off seed oils they think I need a tin foil hat! Bit at a time.

4:36 Great safety tip that. I'd always been taught to look over my shoulder before changing lanes. I took me 20 years before I cottoned onto Sam's tip, which is safer and makes driving that little bit easier.
Seed oils are a carcinogen when heated - go the lard, supafry is the best!

Who ever told you that sea birds hover at the depth they will dive is even sillier than you Sam... (huge call), It`s just not true, Gannets will plunge at various height`s & not exceed about 100kmph /around 24m per second as to not risk injury They will dive in and swim around at various depths to eat fish holding their breath for about 45seconds, I could explain more, but dont want to hurt your brain big fella.
