You two are made for one and other! Have followed you Sam, all my life (76) and am so glad that the multitude are now getting to see the real Sam. This episode was fantastic with you both honestly opening up about your challenges. A lot of people will have taken a lot from this episode. Good luck with the rest of your trip - just love the banter!

Sam, whilst you're close to Black Island (aka Bali Hai) between Hayman & Hook Island. Go for a walk up the beach and to the right you'll see a large she-oak tree. Have a pee on it in memory of your old coach Bob Davis (RIP) - He did in the late 1990's.
Absolutely love watching your adventure! Sue you look fabulous in your shorts - if you've got it flaunt it! You are an inspiration to so many people with diabetes. It's wonderful how you manage on a boat facing the everyday challenges in managing diabetes, I understand those challenges. Sam, you are a legend, you make us feel like we are travelling with you. Each night we sit down with a drink in hand sitting in our favourite spot in front of the TV and getting our fix of Sue and Sam. Bloody love it!!!!!!🤪🥰
Great to see you 2 enjoying yourself and Sam talking about prostate cancer I was diagnosed at 59 years old I’m now 74 like you no leakage but as far as sex the mind is still very interested but the snag isn’t interested which is a shame but it beats the alternative. Cancer I’m sure even the doctors don’t fully understand it my cousin was diagnosed a week after me same PSA same Gleason score we had surgery a week apart he died 4 years ago and I’m still going ok mine even had creeped into my bladder they removed the tumors via my penis incredible day surgery in and out. Anyway you 2 it’s so enjoyable watching you enjoy your trip I’m so very envious love and safe adventures to you both. Tony Williams

Sam the “gaff”you need for hooking moorings, is actually called a boat hook they are two separate things a gaff for Gaffing fish and a boat hook for hooking mooring buoys or ropes.
