In todays video Big Betty finally lives up to her name!! We install a Powder coated 7.5" Rough Country lift with their Vertex adjustable coilovers!!! Air fresheners - www.etsy.com/s...
Valence, mud flaps, side steps delete, and a chrome muffler/tip will get that sucker looking right! Also some black or paint matched bowties would be chef's kiss. Keep up the great vids!
Loving the build guys!! Betty has come a long way from when you bought it!!!! I kinda expected a video of it all done, didn’t expect you to have a walk through, (I should of known better) lookin 🔥🔥
That kit looks amazing, I love the teal! I’m also surprised that you didn’t rebuild the steering with Moog and also get upper control arms while you were in there working
3rd Gen Tahoes look amazing lifted. Good work guys it looks much better. Got me thinking about powder coating my Rough Country Vertex Coilover lift. 🔥🔥🔥
If you want to get rid of the small squat in the rear Amazon has 3/4 in polyurethane spring spacers I added them to my 2010 avalanche also to fix the camber issue supreme suspension & kriptonite sells camber arm cam locks that prevents your camber angles from changing
Awesome!! Best video you’ve made so far!! Congratulations!! ❤ Fuel Contra’s would look amazing on her 20x10s neg 19. Toss the running boards, chin spoiler and NorCal mod the inner fenders.
Please bro, love your content! Please swap your jackstands for some girthier 6ton ones, you won't need the blocks and they'll (overkill I know) have a much sturdier footing!
I’m just here to say. I’ve been research a lot for the lift for my 2wd Silverado crew cab 2011. And you did a very in debt tutorial and answered ALL of my questions. I had several. Like can you cut the bump stops out? You did. So he’ll yeah. I got the 5 inch lift from rough country. 2 inch bottom level 3 inch spindle. Did NOT turn out like I wanted it to. I had a 2.5 inch level on top that I stacked and the bump stop was hitting the upper and rode like shit. So. Now. I’m going to red tack the lifts. Get a 4.5 inch spindle. And cut the mf bump stops out baby. So yeah. THANKYOU for this in debts tutorial
Awesome. Not into squatted vehicles at all, so this looks odd in my eyes, but it is still a killer setup. Personally, I would've gone for a smaller 5" lift, a set of all terrain tires and it would be my dream truck (suburban, but I guess that is not relevant). I can't wait to finally find the right suburban to modify it and make it an absolute beast.
lmfscrew hell yea you guys diamond gettin' cleaned up!!! Just hear me out tho lol you probably won't tho...front grille bowtie paint match with the tow hooks and coils...then a black bowtie for the rear hatch🤘 HOOOOO SUACE!!! I'm an artist so it's easy for me to picture and think in my opinion would be worth going thru to check out🙏👌 Anyway keep up the great work.
I feel like the coil over rough country. Kit would be a great upgrade. I mean I had a rough country 6 inch lift on my 03 when I had her and it Road great especially on what I believe. Was 35 inch tires.
Betty looks so good I think u should put graps on the wheels it came on with some spacers and that things going to baddd asf I always wanted a taho and make it look like this
great job ......ihave the same kit on my silverado..... just be careful the ABS line is secure ....after a year of having the lift the rotor must have been rubbing and ate thru one of the wires .....i thought i had them secure and out of the way ....guess not .....my 2 cents.....keep up the great content !!!!!!!!!!!!
Where did you guys get the wheels that are on your truck? I'm lifting my 07 Yukon, because I live in the upper part of Michigan and it's DEER country up here.. lol
Any alignment issues?I bought a 08 tahoe with same lift plus rc upper control arms and the cams are maxed out and I still have inside tire wear..thanks for any help
I’d highly recommend going back and torquing the parts to spec. Looks like most of the stuff was just tightened with a 1/2” ratchet, which at most you’re getting 80-120ft lbs, so a lot of those parts are undertorqued or possibly over torqued using an impact. Maybe I just missed where you hit the major stuff with a torque wrench. I don’t mean any disrespect, I’ve just seen a lot of lifts installed where crossmember bolts, control arm bolts, or even caliper bolts come loose and cause a bad situation. Better to be safe than sorry when it comes to suspension, especially your wife’s rig. Looking forward to the rest of this build! Love how y’all are doing it together and she’s actually helping along the way
I have the same setup on my 08 Yukon without the coilovers, which coilovers did you guys use? The RC website isn't giving me the option but its gonna be the same as yours. Thanks!!
“Just a daily”…. TURNS IT INTO A LIFTED BEAST😆
I daily a lifted Yukon 6.5in lift with 33x12.50x20 goes great 👍🏻
na its definitely possible to daily this thing for sure, just not the average daily of course lol

Valence, mud flaps, side steps delete, and a chrome muffler/tip will get that sucker looking right! Also some black or paint matched bowties would be chef's kiss. Keep up the great vids!
This man is doing everything. From Larry to this to comper.
I haven't had a lifted truck in years but plan on one soon. Looks awesome! 💯💪🇺🇲
Loving the build guys!! Betty has come a long way from when you bought it!!!! I kinda expected a video of it all done, didn’t expect you to have a walk through, (I should of known better) lookin 🔥🔥

3rd Gen Tahoes look amazing lifted. Good work guys it looks much better. Got me thinking about powder coating my Rough Country Vertex Coilover lift. 🔥🔥🔥
It looks great!!! I don't think anybody works as hard as this dude!
If you want to get rid of the small squat in the rear Amazon has 3/4 in polyurethane spring spacers I added them to my 2010 avalanche also to fix the camber issue supreme suspension & kriptonite sells camber arm cam locks that prevents your camber angles from changing
Should do the front bow tie and rear bow tie turquoise
Absolutely!
Looks badass can’t wait to see what y’all have planned for the Tahoe
Lol you see this was there plan
@@southernslipping4225 they got more brotha for sure wheels I’m sure exhaust and maybe some color matching who knows
Great video! Big Betty looks so cool. I would suggest removing the side molding, she’ll look so much cleaner and slick! Great job you two.
Truck looks amazing and I am sure she lives it
You need to insert a 2" lift spacer at the rear to go back to its original design posture. The back is sagging because its leveled.
Congrats Lauren big Betty. It looks awesome.
cant wait to see the new tint and exhaust, to complete it 🙌🏼
Great job guys! Very entertaining and great to see you guys working together!
Great job Lauren. Congratulations on the your new beast!!
Awesome!! Best video you’ve made so far!! Congratulations!! ❤ Fuel Contra’s would look amazing on her 20x10s neg 19. Toss the running boards, chin spoiler and NorCal mod the inner fenders.
Definitely get the Rough Country beefy Upper control arm. They look amazing and corrects the angle for lifted suspension.
Love the new looks of big Betty it’s perfect now. Love to get the rematch in 4x4
Been waitin for this video 😂 it looks so good. I can’t wait to take my obs Chevy tomorrow to get a 3inch lift.
Tahoe is lookin killer. Love the color for the suspension
Those nitto tires are 👍🏽 I wonder how those feel and sound compare to the ridge grapplers
looks amazing🔥🔥rock lights and tint u should do next. keep up the good work!
Love how it turned out i woulda left that rear out tho sat perfectly without the rear in😬
That’s what I’m saying
🤮
@@christophermix6845 _Cry_

Please bro, love your content! Please swap your jackstands for some girthier 6ton ones, you won't need the blocks and they'll (overkill I know) have a much sturdier footing!
At that height we need the HF 12 ton. Heheh 😂
CHERISH THIS MOMENT GUYS

Bless you Lauren that was a loud sneeze
Looks amazing, shoulda done the springs too. Good job!
This is a cool Tahoe great channel keep up the good work ❤
Loving this build. My honest opinion would be more powder coat in the rear and possibly the rough country upper control arms
Rough country upper arms are garbage. Go with cognito
How is the ride with the vertex coilovers?
Looks good buddy now you have to add exhaust to her truck and it will be done by the way that is bad ass looks good 👍👍👍
Looks good, idk why they have you cut the inner and outer tie rods?
Big Betty white a certified stepper fa sho! Sheesh! 💪🏿🔥💪🏿🔥
Yooo that's actually pretty impressive! The ride looks sick! Is she doing lifts I need one installed lol
Looks good. Have a 2014 suburban. I'm doing the opposite though and lowering it
Hey man really wondering about what rear shocks you have because it doesn’t come with rear shocks. Truck looks great please get back to me👏🏽
Definitely cannot wait to see the exhaust video hopefully soon she’s definitely a baddy
So you still going for the stormtrooper look? You started with the tail lights but then put on clear head lights and then put on green suspension.
Looks awesome 😎 great work you two!
Need to add some white rock lights to it that way you can see the suspension at night
lmfscrew hell yea you guys diamond gettin' cleaned up!!! It’s beautiful, would love to hear a catless true dual Flowmaster 40 setup on this rig.
I feel like the coil over rough country. Kit would be a great upgrade. I mean I had a rough country 6 inch lift on my 03 when I had her and it Road great especially on what I believe. Was 35 inch tires.
hows running the mud graps on highway? Id imagine super loud but its so worth it for the look🔥
Betty looks so good I think u should put graps on the wheels it came on with some spacers and that things going to baddd asf I always wanted a taho and make it look like this
I would highly recommend getting the kicker bars to reinforce the front end, i did it on my truck and its feels way better
"Well baby.... we are going to need a new daily..."😂
Great team work looks great
Now all it needs is some ski racks on top and true duals and it will be complete🤣🤣🤣
When is she taking big Betty to school we gotta see it
great job ......ihave the same kit on my silverado..... just be careful the ABS line is secure ....after a year of having the lift the rotor must have been rubbing and ate thru one of the wires .....i thought i had them secure and out of the way ....guess not .....my 2 cents.....keep up the great content !!!!!!!!!!!!
Where did you guys get the wheels that are on your truck? I'm lifting my 07 Yukon, because I live in the upper part of Michigan and it's DEER country up here.. lol
Great work!! Turned out very nice!
Coming together nicely!!!
Slap some 14 wides and 22s and it would be perfect
Tahoe looks amazing keep up the videos
Chase you must be one proud husband to have such a cool wife 👏🏻
When are you getting a lift for the Sierra?
Dude it looked like a total squat mobile before the rear lift 😂😂
we have the same tahoe.. this looks dope!!! is the back lower?
Gotta keep that thing leant back!!!!
Yall are so funny and a great couple
Any alignment issues?I bought a 08 tahoe with same lift plus rc upper control arms and the cams are maxed out and I still have inside tire wear..thanks for any help
Good team work

It’s looks perfect ❗️ it turn out great love it 🤙🤙🤙
So hopefully y’all will install a new exhaust system next
How’s the ride with the coilovers?
what impact is that?
How do you like the coilovers now that it’s been a year?
Doing a 2008 Chevy avalanche LTZ 4x4 shouldn’t everything be the same besides I will have the 4x4 diff to lower down??
Looking good perfect amount of lift
How is the ride and wobble?
Did you use the coilovers for a 07-18 silverado? Please reply need to know 🙏
Another TH-camr (Lonestar Hawaiian) put some black heat shrink on the gear clamps for the reservoir, made them look a lot better. (Just a suggestion)
I have the same setup on my 08 Yukon without the coilovers, which coilovers did you guys use? The RC website isn't giving me the option but its gonna be the same as yours. Thanks!!
What’s the total height of the truck with the lift. Wanna know if it will fit in a garage… please let us know
Great video yall!
