As always Rob, it's really awesome how you share your thoughts process with us while planning the flight and flying. This is the next level in educating us, sim pilots. Thanks for the great content.
A great help is to assign a key or button for the "Check item". Let the virtual 2nd Pilot do his checks and actions and confirm whenever you are promted "Confirm" . Pitfall: There's a checklist item on the "In Range" checklist which has a timer. It'll continue when the time is up or when "Checked" early by the Pilot flying.....
An automatic failure option would really enhance this incredible sim! I would imagine that IRL sim sessions, you don't always know what to expect. Speaking of which, how often do you practice in the full motion sim? Also, does the Yaw Damper stay engaged at all times during asymmetric thrust? Really enjoyed this and all of your videos!
Yes I agree, a random engine failure scenario option would definitely up the challenge. You are correct, irl sim we have no idea what is coming next, our sim instructor programs the failure. I do believe that the yaw dampener remans engaged on a single engine, I will confirm. Thank you for your comments
Amazing video! Thank you!

Thank you, deep dives are my specialty. The next video is a deep dive into CPDLC, ADS, PDC, DCL and all those alphabet letters lol
Good one, Rob! I'll give it a try, but ideally with a situation that can be fixed.
Yes, try a compressor stall “recoverable”
amazing training ... thank you
Thank you
The Mappings are explained in the X-Aviation Forums. A bit of search will help 😃
Thank you

Thank you, I’ll give it a go on the next flight
@@foxtrotalphaaviation That timer allows for the 2 Minute wait to switch on Bleed Air after APU start (in range clist)
🤓 Are you doing the Engine Oil Maintenance? It's not commonly known and if not done could cause "bad days" 🤓
@@jetnoise6053 you know cutbacks in the military..
Thanks for the nice Video. Is there a way to get access to this beautiful livery from Marcus787?
Yes we will release it publicly after more videos. I’ve got to make it to Europe first. Hopefully the airplane doesn’t break down again

@@foxtrotalphaaviation I was wondering. Why not put V2+10 in the MCP speed, instead of 200kts? Thanks
Put some guns on that thing! 😂
Nice livery!
