What some people don't understand about electric toothbrushes is that you are still supposed to actually make the motions across your gums and teeth just like you would a manual, and still brush for at least 2 minutes! They assume that if it's electric 30 seconds is enough and all they have to do is glide it across. Not the case.

You provide great info as well as great links. I ordered the body scrubbers - incredibly inexpensive! - and the Coco floss, which I've been eyeing anyway.
As for deodorant, if you use Lume you won't smell for up to 72 hours! Is it cheap? No, but I only use it every other day or even every third day and use the Old Spice with the scent I adore in between. I've been doing this for close to 3 years and it works great! Their soap, which acidifies the skin, also stops odor for 24 hrs - regular soap is too alkaline to stop odors. Try it - I'm a huge convert!
You've got this Brittany - you're in my prayers twice every single day!!

Thank you for touching on sensitive things that others want. You always do such a wonderful job.
I haven't ever liked loofah. Just for the fact of bacteria. I been looking into getting a water pick. A few of my friends, told me they quit using theirs because of the mess. So they went back to flossing. I so far have been lucky enough that I haven't gotten long nose hair.
Thanks again for another awesome video. Very informative. May you have a Blessed day.

I started researching oral hygiene/care extensively after my 2nd born had to have tooth caps and one extraction at 2 years of age (her four front teeth were literally crumbling) and found out the same information you presen0t as well as looking into hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride . I'm still trying to find out more regarding nutrients and genetics as my 1st born had to have baby root canals on her molars this past September. At this time, I'm both heartbroken but grateful that these are their baby teeth. Now I have my 3rd and I'm adamant on keeping her teeth cavity free. Thank you for your awesome videos.

Is there a specific foot file that she recommends? I didn’t catch it and I am in desperate need. My foot skin is thick and dry (hearing Velcro sounds when I take off my socks) and I don’t know how to make it better! Please and thank you for any advice!

    1) I don’t use loofahs, I just use a new wash cloth each shower lol
    2) I use the floss picks because they’re easy, I can take it anywhere, and if I don’t have them, I will not floss lol. I wish coco floss came out with the floss picks
    3) I should try the witch hazel on my arm pits
    4) I only use Cora period products.
    5) Going to try the lotion and perfume hack
    6) Ooooo okay definitely going to work on my foot hygiene because 40% is crazy high!!
    7) I definitely need to clean my phone more often.
    8) I barely use my makeup brushes, like maybe once every 3 months lol
    9) and ugh, I need to brush my teeth before eating breakfast
    10) I have always flossed then brushed. People look at me like I’m crazy when I tell them this lol
    11) I was using quip toothbrushes but it sucked. So I went back to a normal toothbrush.
    12) I have been telling my boyfriend to stop using mouthwash, and if he needs to use it, use the therabrush brand
    13) I need to tongue scrape more. It really does make a difference

I always learn so much in your videos. I've got to try the silicone body scrubbers because I have always used the poufs.

About 10 years ago I had a dental hygienist tell me that I should floss first because, " you'd never leave the house or go to bed without brushing your teeth so if you floss first, you'll always do both." I've stuck to it and it has been such a game changer in making sure I'm consistently flossing.

I will be brushing after I eat breakfast. I don’t want my food tasting like mint and ain’t no body have time to wait thirty minutes before eating in the morning. Also, I don’t want fluoride in my mouth so I will also be rinsing after I brush.

I felt like the silicone body brushes just wasn't making me clean compared to my exfoliating gloves. Dental hygienist once said to me there's no need for mouth wash, but if i do, then the order is: floss, mouthwash, then brush teeth where you spit it out but don't rinse.
