First at all, I'd recommend all viewers to expand description and read it from start to finish. What a treasure channel!
For those, who find the moves too challenging, try to apply skating technique: keep your belly button right above the standing foot and maintain the balance by moving your knee left or right without bending the ankle. Once you are good in it, like feeling that you can ice- or inline- skate on one foot for 10 yards or more, you can challenge yourself by deliberately going out of balance and regaining it. That will engage your core, which I believe is the main aim of the demonstrated routine. For even greater challenge, do the same moves on a balance pad, but I didn't tell you that :).

These look very difficult but helpful for balance training.

It's all about challenging your balance and with every practice, your body acclimates and learns that balance is a part of its job.

I love stick mobility! It’s funny how holding onto a stick tricks your body into thinking it has something to hang onto to help balance. I like that you did one long shot on this so I can see you in real time and even struggle momentarily because, human. Also.. CAT PANTS + CAT MAT 😻

I'm so glad you said that, because I've been struggling with that question - to post if I'm not perfect. But I AM NOT PERFECT and I want this channel to be real so other humans can see progress, not perfection.

I'm 5'9.5 and that short Stick Mobility stick is 5 feet - and I use it for many things because it fits better inside my house. 😉
