Been here since the beginning, the transformation of this car is absolutely crazy. Hearing the car turn over was awesome. I’ve never been so anxious about you trying to start it for the first time. Congrats on it cranking. This is the inspiration I’ve used building my car
You would think that with how involved Dodge is in the automotive/youtube community they would have seen this build by now and could assist with what you’re trying to accomplish
20:46 I could feel your excitement/relief through the screen!!! This is an amazing build and the work you and your team are putting in is amazing! I just ordered the stickers and badge!!!
Well, I hope you do have some spectacular plans for the Hellcat because I find it's upsetting me a bit to see it torn apart like this. Of course, I will keep watching to see what y'all have in mind. I hope it's not too long before you unveil your plans.
@@TheOriginalLugnutsit is but i understand what they’re saying. he bought it made it work and it was perfectly fine and then ripped it apart a week later, i just hope he has plans to bring the grey one back to life
ive been watching the rebuild of the burnt out demon and i have to say even as a viewer i was over the moon to hear the engine crack over the first time. So happy for you dude, cant wait to hear what it sounds like, keep up the amazing work and video love to see your teams content. Oh and a MASSIVE HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL FROM THE UK
I was born into a car loving/motorcycle loving family so naturally I find this channel amazing! I look at what you guys do and cant even comprehend how you keep track of all those parts and know how to put it all back together. I was always nervous to work on my own cars, but I can do all the basics now(oil, brakes, water pump, stereo wiring) and do all the work on my sportbikes. You have a huge setup and its not what I normally think of when I think "salvage" place!
Hearing that crank got me saying holy shit, I've been following this series and I gotta say this is amazing. The second it starts running imma go nuts.
Can we all just come hang out at the shop for a day haha you guys seem to have a lot of fun . This series has been awesome congrats . Let’s gooo can’t wait to hear it running . That sure takes dedication to rip apart a running hellcat
Congrats Lee!!! It’s come a long way and so much joy is here for this legend see the road again. I want to start doing restoring cars now because of you
The wrong dash moment was priceless, watched it multiple times. Thanks for keeping it in there, can't hardly wait till the next chapter! Happy holidays and God bless.
This is so sick! I’ve been following this build since day one ☝️ got nervous when it was time to see if it cranked. Great build and great channel. Totally looking forward to seeing this killer car running.
Great to hear it crank over , well worth the rebuild Know that feeling when you do what you have to do happy new year 2024 ftom New Zealand can’t wait to see smoke those tyres
so impressive! amazing work! after so many years of putting together cars, it's never been the easy mods that rewarding, but the projects that take months and months, force you drive across the state for parts that really leave a lasting impression. Incredible work once again! Can't wait to see more content!
Lee I have been watching the Fire Demon from the beginning and I have to say you don't give up! Most folks would of gave up on this one but I thing next video or two and you will be doing some smoky burnouts with the Fire Demon! Well done!
I can’t lie I was happy to hear the turn over as well but I’m about fed up with u not driving this thing I’m ready to see it tear up so pavement man. Great job can’t wait til next update
Every episode i get more and more excited because there is so much knowledge and ingenuity going into this car and getting it closer to running and seeing this story is amazing.
Lee, I've been with this project since day 1, and I hate Mopar. I stick with Camaros vettes as silverados, but your dedication and drive on this project has been awesome. You're a legend bro
I've been watching this series since you bought the burnt toast of a car. Hearing this thing crank was awesome, but I NEED the next video of it running ASAP!
I’ve love watching the build of the Demon very envious as we don’t have them over here in England. What a car to own Did hurt a bit when the grey one became a donor car great show
I’m not sure if most of your viewers understand the amount of work swapping those harnesses are, but much respect my man! And you seemed to have a good mood about it! I would of been hating everything 😂
Such a good find! I graduated high school in 1988 and a girl I went to high school with her father had his car. Excited to see what you guys do with it.
bro this is the series that made me subscribe. the work you guys doing over there is outstanding and the demons looking beautiful. keep up the great work you guys👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Atta Boy Lee! So proud of you for doing that whole god forsaken swap. I did the whole electric swap on an 85 f250 with my brother in high school. Not fun but feels so good when it cranks.
They really over complicate cars these days with all the electronics... then parts are vin matched and so on and some you need a dealer scanner to change the vin and so on. No wonder vehicles are so expensive.
Great video man.... I've been waiting for this one... can't wait to see this friggin thing run... merry Xmas, happy new year guys....I love my local TH-camrs
I've sent harnesses over to India for replication before with great results. Might be too late now but if you've ever got to rip it out again I'd recommend doing the same. Get 10 made up, sell 8 to cover the costs, keep one as spare and chuck the last one back into the remaining car. Turnaround time can be under a month if you're willing to chuck a bit more money at it.
I know the exact feeling of swapping harnesses and it not working. I’ve swapped the rear harness/body harness 3 times in my charger pursuit trying to get hellcat seats to work. Such a pain in the butt
This reminds me so much of when Roadkill? tried to put a hellcat in a old Charger/challenger and finally gave up (after help from a bunch of people) and ended up putting the entire harness and fuel tank in the trunk just to get it to run. I still can't quite figure out what makes this combo so worth pursuing to you but it sure looks painful so that's fun I guess.
Glad it didn't catch on fire....
Third times the charm dalt!
Doesn't a typical bet between you two include a lunch? So did you all bet lunch over whether it would crank?

Somehow taking apart that hellcat and shoving its guts in a demon doesn't sound as bad as being abandoned at auction.
i wonder if there is a modded wiring for demons that he could buy
