100% Jack. As a gym instructor 20+ years ago this is what I used to preach. And the response was frequently "interesting", often blank stares if not outright hostility that somehow I was ruining peoples gains.
Hi Jack, is there some measurements that can help identify how imbalanced our bodies are? For example, how much should I be able to pull (pullups/rows) if I bench 100kg? Thanks!
I remember the 50 /50 one either weights sndnhavingnto move forward, I don't remember doing this when I did this exersise as I was a learner back at the time I'm wondering if I got a mustle imbalance
"When you train muscles you forget movements but when you train movements you never forget muscles" is such a great point.

Nice! I like it❤ keep doing it👍
So if i have muscle and strength imbalance, should i train more with dumbbells to correct it?
❤
Bro good video but I’d like to make a suggestion. Focus on your delivery and performance of the video as much as you do on your physique.
There will always be some degree of imbalance.
Id like to see your symmetrical 1rm squat.
