The first 5 minutes are the best pull up tutorial I've ever seen! And I've been watching pull up videos for years. It's only now that I realize that many things are left out in other videos or they contain advice for more advanced practitioners without saying so. Thank you very much Jack! You're a true discovery!
Your content is enormously helpful! Thank you for providing this valuable information. Your body looks so good. Perfect proportions and every muscle well-developed. Hope I can get there someday!
Omg, I need to start all over again, I thought I could do 5 pull ups, I’m 64 and I’m sure it’s my arms that pull me up, I do have great arms, need to work on getting some legs can you show me how to do this that doesn’t use an exercise that I could hurt my lower back. So happy to have found you, you give great explanations!
Hi Jack, such a useful video. I have been struggling with pull ups. But now having watched your instructive video, I feel more secure to practice this. The same goes for pull downs, so once again many thanks !
Hey mate , do you ever plan on putting kettlebells and rings into your app? I’d love to use it but I want to include my kettlebells, rings and dumbbells over machines, barbells and bands/cables

Thanks for mentioning when to breathe and how to grip. This is very much overlooked by most trainers. Looking forward to a basic bench video. Thanks.

Not a blow to the ego because I can perform perfect pull-ups and I can do way more than 10 😉
