Rabbit hunting on public land in Wyoming with recurve bows. The day was more windy than we hoped, the cottontails were sparse, but we were able to find a lot of Jack rabbits. Sorry for the wind in the video! Due to the few cottontails we had to resort to using our rifles at times because the Jack rabbits wouldn't give us many shots with the bows!

Whitetail jacks turn white in the winter and are really spooky by nature , hard to get with a bow for sure. Blackmail jacks tend to hold tight and try to hide.

I think it’s definitely easier with other people. Sometimes you’re able to surround the jacks, or they are able to see where the rabbits run off to
What is your favorite small game head for hunting? I shoot a compound bow,42#. Gets really expensive breaking carbon arrows and losing broadheads. It is so fun chasing antelope jacks in AZ where I live!

its actually illegal to hunt at night here in the united states due to safety issues so during hunting season you can only hunt from dawn to dusk
These rabbits are so stupid in States. The rabbits in China, you won't able to get close less than 40 meter range before they run away.
Rabbits in Europe would go by you like a bullet, you'll only get to see him running tens of yards in the distance.. These rabbits in America act like domesticated ones.

You UK rabbits are the same you won't get close, most people never see them. It takes a skilled stalker to get within 40 yards
Here In the Park in Luxembourg, I can sneak up to them to upto 4m... helped with a lot of photos (unless you have too bright clothing)
