    Emotional well-being is the ability to produce positive emotions, moods, thoughts, and feelings, and adapt when confronted with adversity and stressful situations. Emotional well-being refers to the awareness and understanding a person has about their emotions and how well they are able to manage through different life events. Dr. Jai Madaan - Lady of fortune.     You said it! I have been practicing meditation for a year now and can’t live without it. I even went to Rishikesh to learn meditation the right way and I practice it everyday after getting cancer and broken married as a result of being sick (that’s another story). Meditation is the way to go. Please listen and practice what she’s saying. It will make a difference

    Nice speech but there is a discrepancy. Meditation probably will not work if you 'eat more and exercise less' . Rather if you meditate mindfully you will begin to consume moderately. Thank you

    There is nothing wrong with her dress. Why can't be a scholar wear a revealing dress when she is stunning. Don't be judgemental.

      @@greatvishal1 Jai Madaan isn't affected by the hundreds of negative comments and she keeps dressing the way she likes. That simply shows how powerful she is!
      Maybe her mind is not as weak as her commentors!

      First of all she is not wearing a wig, secondly when someone has frizzy hair that's how it looks. She has the courage to flaunt her natural hair as they are without straightening! I have frizzy hair and even if it looks like that. Looking at her gives me motivation to flaunt what I have naturally. Instead of making fun and making mindless comments you should try to look positive in everyone!

      Well she is popularising the importance of meditation for well-being of mind during emotional misadventures. One can follow any meditation technique which is easily practiced and followed . Customisation is to be worked out because different meditation technique suits different person’s mind.
