One of your mock questions is wrong, you said quadriceps does knee flexion during concentric contraction, when realy it does knee extension

Apologies, I'll take a look. To clarify...
In a concentric contraction the quads extend the knee and rec fem flexes the hip.
In an eccentric contraction of the quads the knee flexes and hip extensions... as the muscle is lengthening

why concentric and eccentric contraction are called "isotonic" contraction? Why the tension during these two types of contraction cannot change?
