    You’re actually missing out on a lot here for accelerated BSNs. If someone has an associates, or bachelors in anything else, they can get into an ABSN program (11-18 months)

      I got my BSN thought the accelerated BSN program Keiser University in Fla. But there are a number of others in Fla and other states which offer accelerated ASN or BSN degrees. My previous degree was a BA in theology, actually. So you really can do it with any kind of background. There were even some people in my class who didn't have degress yet, they just had to do extra prerequisites before starting I think.

    What about the easiest pre recs for ADN

    • @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671
      @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It completely depends on the nursing program you're trying to get into. Some have very specific pre-rec requirements while others are more lax. I'd take a good look at what the school you want to attend requires, then see if those classes can be hacked.

    • @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671
      @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It completely depends on the requirements of the RN program that you're wanting to attend. There are some programs that will work for Florida Residents. Unfortunately you can't "Hack" the clinical requirements. But you can hack the book work and save yourself a lot of time.
      If you're serious about accelerating the RN, feel free to reach out (ryan@9monthgrad.com) and we'll see if we can find you a faster path.

      WGU is kinda funny with their RN program. They only offer it in some states, so it depends on where you live. But yes, all the coursework can be accelerated. The clinical stuff has to be done normally.

    • @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671
      @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Great question... Research says that over 90% treat online degrees the same. The pandemic was the best thing to ever happen to online education. Literally every school in the country was 100% online for over a year. That really changed things for online education.

  • @ThePathFoundation1

    How fast you think I could finish it with WGU if I only have their not transferrable credits nor done for the first part of their program?

    • @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671
      @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      For a general BS Degree, I've seen as fast as 3 months with no credits transferred in. But it totally depends on each person, and their situation... For Nursing, it depends on a number of factors, and which program you're needing to attend.. And the strategy used. For the RN, you have to deal with state mandated clinicals. Shoot me an email (ryan@9monthgrad.com) with more detail of your situation and I'll see if I can give some input.

    • @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671
      @9monthcollegegrad-ryansway671  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Most accelerated programs just charge you per semester instead of charging for each specific class. Which basically means, you pay for a semester then complete as many classes as you can. The more you finish, the cheaper each class is.
      But if you only need 1 class, I'd take a CLEP Exam. Which costs about $90
