Out of the three I got from Tom, I gave one to my friend's teenage daughter for Christmas last year, one is doing great here with me...growing well! And my Pumpkin Patch Munchkin molted out to be a male in April. He passed away yesterday 😢 I was so bummed about that! He was a sweetheart of a spider. And so beautiful! His orange was pale...almost like gold. Anyway...lol...I really hope one or two of yours are female. I think I'm as anxious, as you are, to find out lol 😉 That B. Albiceps...STUNNING! I'd have felt the same way about the Feather Leg, but I can't say a whole lot, because I have had 4 H. Macs. Two right now. My N. I excitedly bought my S. calceatun and my H. maculata. I'll be honest with you, my S. cal is terrified of everything, and it's about 4 inches, unsexed so far. Its response to every single threat is to hide and huddle up into a fluff ball. My experience so far is that they are overhyped.

There's a lot of Funnel web spiders in my back yard. Along with some daddy, long legs, also known as cellar spiders.I fed some some mill worms.I made a meal worm farm as well.

I miss my S Calceatum. Sent by mistake from my vendor (I didn't complain) as I had ordered a C Darlingi, but it did not move like a Darlingi. As it got older it didn't have the colour of a Darlingi either. It lived to be a mature male and passed on about a year ago. Maybe I'll get a confirmed female? Life certainly is not boring with a Calceatum. Take care and best wishes to the fam. Happy halloween

Those pumpkin patches are so tiny, I get nervous when I have such a tiny sling, I had one once, it was a little tiger rump and it just disappeared, I still have not found it till today lol

I need some help with my new tarantula, I recently bought a Guyana pink toe juvenile from petco(I know not a good place to buy one) on October 3rd, it’s missing a leg and it’s been only hanging out on the sides of its enclosure, I’ve been keeping clean water in there every day and misting it cause it’s not been near it’s water bowl at all, it moves around and think it’s eaten once, but today it some of its legs were curled, but it moved when I tried to feed it, should I be concerned about it or should I leave it alone cause it might be molting soon? Thanks in advance for any advice
