    That wrench you were using to tighten wheels back on, you can set the amount of torque on it it'll go before it clicks??

      Yea its a torque wrench...u set the torque value u wish the bolt or nut to be tightened..and when it reaches that torque itll click

    why did you compress the caliper? is that a must? if so, where do you get the tool?

    • @backyardchevy328
      @backyardchevy328  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Whenever u replace brake pads theres more material so u gotta compress piston to accommodate for the extra material, any auto parts store will have em or u can order it like say on amazon

    • @backyardchevy328
      @backyardchevy328  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No..u dont have to bleed the brakes only if u replace a brake line, replace a brake caliper..or if u repaired some sort of leak

    What's the benifits of replacing the rotary's

    • @backyardchevy328
      @backyardchevy328  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The rotors? Well the car had slight steering vibration when braking so thats the main reason the rotor was replaced...but a new rotor will give u the best braking because u get a fresh new surface for the brake pads to grip onto.

      @backyardchevy328  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's on stock lugnuts and stock wheels, but u do gotta make sure its a 14mm lug nut thread. But for aftermarket wheels or aftermarket lug nuts like in this case 150 would be too much, and im not too sure this ecoboost model has a 14mm lug nut thread....But thank you for the updated torque specs:) if it is a 14mm thread u always wanna follow the recommended.
