that lower and upper curls are insane
Finally a good upper body routine that makes you feel good. The others have you doing moves that ultimately lead to bad form and basically not doing much good other than the fact you are actually moving. I used 15# but 20# would have made an even bigger impact. When I repeat this I’ll up the weight for sure. Thanks for this great video and more like this will really works out!

Love ALL of your workouts! My son is a 16 year old hockey player and needs to build muscle. He loves your work outs and both of us are usually incredibly sore, even after a 15-20 min routine. Your workouts are the BEST!!! My only wish is that you had more at the 15 min mark. That is my sweet spot and I get just what I need in that amount to time. Hi, I like your workouts, many of them are part of my routine now. I have one doubt, aren't the zottman curls stressing the wrists too much?
If you are using heavier weights zottman curls might be too much on your wrists.
I like your quick routines but curious why chest is last in this one? I noticed a few of your other ones as well like the 25 minute upper body workout where chest is 3rd on the list...just wondering what the strategy is on that. I lean towards doing chest first but open to hearing your ideas on that. Thanks!
Thanks for reaching out. I've discovered that I see better results when I switch up my workouts. Leading with chest is really common, but doing chest after you've completed shoulders and triceps sure does make it more challenging. Hope that helps.
