The XCS is a superb piece of software. And I say this after being a software developer for decades. One little suggestion though: everything that has more elements than what fits in 3 screens, make a search box for it. Having hundreds of materials defeats the purpose if it requires a looot of manual searching. I can find my materials in the workshop faster than in XCS. I would even go for a 3-section search box: thickness, material and variant (colour). This could then easily be extended into a basic stock management module.
Fabulous video, thank you. Maybe it’s already there and if missed it, but if not, can we have a section in the fonts that’s shows what we’ve recently used please
I'm sorry I only have the XTool 20w D1 Pro, and I feel I am being left behind in the world of creations. Can you help me on what applies to my machine? I just purchased the red Laser Module and I hope it will let me do more. Can't wait till it arrives. Thanks
Hi no worries! Although we used M1 Ultra and F1 Ultra in the video, most tips are applicable to all types of xTool machines except the exclusive processing modes! Hope you will enjoy your D1 Pro 😊
TIME-LAPSE : one option i would like to see in the software for the s1 and other machines.. is to be able to select the laser to do the project in standard mode where the laser starts from the back of the machine and engraves to the front.. and mostly the option to start at the front of the machine and work back.. as the extractor fan is at the back and starting the project at the front to back will pull the smoke over the unworked area.. keeping it clean.. also the main reason is we can put a camera in the unit or on top of the unit looking in.. and as the laser and arm moves up to the back we get a nice clean time-lapse without the laser and he arm getting in the way.. this would be very easy to do as you just need to flip the chords and would be of great us to us youtubers that make videos.. we can then show a nice clean video..
Hi! The S1 doesn’t have a built-in camera, so it doesn’t support the Batch Processing mode. However, you can still use the Batch Fill feature to quickly achieve batch production. Feel free to check out this tutorial for guidance!
What an excellent tutorial on XCS new features and productivity hacks. Love it! It so refreshing to be deep into a company’s products (d1 Pro, F1 and F1U) and simultaneously be amazed by how the software and customer service have continued to evolve in positive, meaningful ways. The hardware is industry leading and XCS will soon be! Keep it up XTool and keep the innovation coming!
Hi! The F1 doesn’t have a built-in camera, so it doesn’t support Batch Processing, but don’t worry-its high-speed performance makes manual batch work super quick. Plus, using L-shaped positioning piece can help you achieve great precision and consistency! 😊
@xToollaser I was referring to where you showed someone taking a photo with their phone and using the AI to align the engravings. I will be adding a camera to my F1 to use with lightburn as well.
Salut, pourriez-vous essayer la fonction de traduction automatique de TH-cam ? Il se trouve sous l'icône des paramètres et choisissez Sous-titre/cc. Cette fonction devrait vous aider à traduire automatiquement la vidéo en français. Hi could you try the Auto-translate function of TH-cam? It's located under the settings icon and choose Subtitle/cc. This function should help you auto translate the video into French.

Wow! That was super helpful - thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful!
Great video! I have the F1 now but man I want the Ultra!
If you buy the conveyor for the f1 ultra can you batch engrave curved surfaces? Or do you need to do that setup procedure each time?
is curved surface supported by the F1?
I am urgently waiting for the batch processing function for the S1. When will it finally arrive?

Hi do you have any service providers in Nepal
Do you have an ETA for XCS 2.3 with the batch support for the F1U?
I was just about to ask the same thing
It will be public around by the end of this week! 😁
About by the end of this week! 😁
Love xtool

I wish you had a button for the laser to step through various sweep angles. This only works with emboss files currently 😢
So the batch processing option isn't available on the F1 only the much more expensive ultra?

I did an update for my Xtool M1 10W laser and now it doesn’t work properly
How do I fix that? Not impressed
😊
Great Video but that music needs to be turned down or gone. There are times she is hard to understand and the music doesn't help.
German translation would be good
et en français ça n'existe pas? Je ne comprends rien du tout , jai envie de pleurrer!! même pas de traduction ......
