I am not sure why a new RNG type weapon Was added to mage especially after Jagex Changed FSOA saying that the extra crits made your damage inconsistency, and the way it seems to work it is another inconsistency issue.
Coming back from using necro daily, these weapons are refreshing. not nearly as powerful but they're fun and cheap. i couldnt believe i got em for 300m each
The view that Necromancy has made PvM "free kills without effort for everyone" is highly distanced from reality for most people. Jagex said when Zamorak came out only 1% of the player base got a kill. They're not going to keep adding content that nobody can play. I can empathize with people that already took the effort to build combat skill pre-Necromancy who feel like their work has been devalued, but that level of engagement with endgame combat was not sustainable.
As someone who frequently takes breaks I enjoy necromancy for a bit to relearn the mechanics of the bosses. I havnt come back yet but I plan on coming back soon to play since it sounds like a good time lol. Usually have a game rotation of rs3 to osrs to destiny 2 to escape from tarkov back to rs3 lool.
As a necro/range user, I was very curious how the new weapons would do. I barely know how to use mage and these weapons feel very very strong. I hope Jagex makes them far less rng based though. I used a genesis shard on these weapons out of curiosity and at t100 they slap so hard. Compared to Bolg and Necro at t100 they cannot compete but I am not sure that would ever be possible.
The point of mage is supposed to be RNG based. Why would I want to do the same boring spreadsheet rotation like necro? Sure for a short boss fight the stacks aren’t very good but as long as you maintain stacks between boss kills they add a ton of damage. My magic DPM went from roughly 450k to 550k+ with the new weapons. I’m pretty sure the bleeds now hit for around 7.5k-10k for basic abilities which is insane
I'm sure they are planning to release a t95 mage outfit that will have a set bonus that is related to the dual wield weapons. That being said, the weapons would be great to pick up early since mage dual wield has had a history of being extremely expensive
The new T95's are great. Those only 2 issues I see with them are 1) Stacks take too long to build, could get better if magic gets another DoT ability. 2) They currently don't synergisy well with anything in magic. Sunshine/FSOA and crits have been the core of magic for so long it no working with any of those feels odd. Maybe make Meta better since there is some synergy there or we just wait for new items/ abilities/ perks that synergse well with DoT's. Overall they are fun to use and try to optimize and can do massive damage but just like Ezk for melee(doesn't work with zerk etc.) They lack the options of crit build atm.
Bro, 1 spec deals WAY more than 25k on its own without any reset. Rng is just a bonus and tbh, it makes rotations less repetitive and more interactive, its ok if you dont like it but rng is not an instant bad thing. It isn't as you ' d need the proc to skip phases, the effect simply lets you go even more crazy.
the max of a spec (6splats including the initial splat from the spec that actually isnt part of the bleed) is about 31.8 k woudnt say thats 'WAY' more lol
How do you hight 16k and 17k while i have the same armour, weapon , slave overload, the top advanced perks, aurra, grimoire , prayer tier99, And pretty much same every thibg u have but I can only hight max like 6k?! What I’m missing?
@@Zghanem000 Okay so, at raksha in this phase 4, you collect the purple anima on the floor and press the special action button, this by default for all combat styles heavily increase the max hit of all attacks. the attack you're talking about is the guthix spec in eof boosted by that anima in the fight
Upgrading them to tier 100 seems like the move since the weapons are so cheap, which pushes them even farther ahead of tier 92. Plus adding in a spec which dual wield was missing.
buy t95 mage weps now to use in about 4 months cause of a hidden release imma not worried to leak.. now what inthinknof this wepsni a joke havig neceo i kill the frist dragon of the video in 51 seconds... you waatw about 2:30mins using magic? learn to pvm

Because Jagex has no actual direction for combat and mod Ramen is a clown who thinks to this day eoc is a success.
They preemptively nerfed FSOA and Animate Dead to make Necromancy look better and to sell Zamorak damage mitigation in Hero pass.

Well said , this was me when I returned i couldn't kill any good bosses and had quit. Then necro got me back =]

You’re forgetting t100 fosa.

Why nerf the fsoa in the first place then? it was rng based
tbh they should have made the passive whhere sunshine adds damage boost to dot damage
I paid max cash for a praesal wand like 8 months ago lol now like 200M rip
Is it worth it to have Lunging 4 since combust is now highest priority?
@@Weejee456 I'm actively working on getting a lunging switch at the moment to test it out

They should make gsonic stack dot stacks with t95s
They need a new mage armour. That will be the game changer
We just need the passive to come to elite tect
Niceeeee. I like the weapons! I'm having fun with them
The weapons have 100% made mage feel even more fun for me
@@TubbzRS I've had the spec refresh a few times. It gets crazzzyyy
Really does
Is there any like revo bars with these weapons I'm like 50/50 manual and rev

Raksha here 9:32 for example 24k it is so much 😅

I have them upgraded and I love using them.
"Enjoy the game the way you eant to play"
As a Melee main I've heard this 80% of the time. Mage will have it time in the sunlight again.
What is the difference between using the genesis shard vs the t95 necro omni guard/sounlbound lan stat wise? Would you say it is worth it or nah?
no lol
@@Llamabong Aww man I was kinda excited 🖖
I personally used the shard I got as a drop on my t95 necro weapons, I definitely notice a difference and got new prs after upgrading them.

Thanks, I Try xD
Anyone have a revo bar with gcon and magma tempest?
Why normal overloads ? 🤔🙄
cos i was too busy with your mum
@TubbzRS makes sense. Cheers
Every ability should have the possibility to crit. Otherwise the biting perk is a scam
whats the cost of these now days?
It's barely 400m for both
Loving these t95s. Just feels good
These weapons suck, until bleeds get changed, these will stay underwhelming next to necro, even at t100.
