I hear it can be quite stressful going through the shedding/lost i kinda of know what it feels like when I get to stressed out my hair falls out in the middle of my head. Not to say they are the same I feel like the hair shedding is more serious because the body is pumping more hormones and it trying to regulate itself. Yes I try to trim my hair at least 3 times a year. But I don't hardly use any heat on my hair. And after a few months it's longer than before I trimmed. I truly believe the key to longer hair is trimming. I only need 4 inches until I reach my goal of hip bone length.
