The wireless control is always trying to receive a radio signal so it will kill your battery if left in when not in use. Just unplug it where the wired control plugged in for storage.
Thanks. Good tip. I will definitely check that out. I usually have the trailer plugged in bit not always. I already had the fuse blow between the truck and the trailer. Saw some vids saying you have to unplug the trailer cause it will draw too much from the truck. Also saw someone wire in a relay to disconnect charge power from the truck.
