The funny thing is😅 In Kosovo the wife owns everything, you only pay it 😅 even your soul she owns, you just wear it in your body, which btw they also own 😅🙌😂

Still today you do find this what you talk about here and that's in Mexico. Been there many times with many people and wow, only after like a day being with them you feel like they are your family. So friendly and giving. It's a different story in Scandinavia I visited. Ok, they are somewhat friendly and nice also but o no, never this same as what there people and the Mexicans are. Gosh, even at many hotels in Scandinavia, beside you rent a room you need to pay for your car parking extra also WHAT...................What;s up with that ! Ok, enough said.

    • @maddiecrochet

@@tcb1017 Unfortunately that's how we Scandinavians are. Here it's pretty much the 'fend for yourself' kind of vibe. We're often very sceptical of strangers and like to keep people at a distance. Not sure if you have seen the memes about Scandinavians standing far apart waiting for the busses, but it's really true. Of course not all people are hostile or sceptical but the majority absolutely is. Has a lot to do with our culture. We're not really giving off any warmth, which can be found in the weather we experience during the colder times of year. I'd say Scandinavia is a great destination if you wanna see a lot of nature and different kinds of weather. The history is pretty great too, if one is a fan of a little history. However, it's not something I'd recommend if you're looking for cheery inviting people. What I'm trying to say is, from an early age we learn that the best thing is if we are as independent as possible so we don't have to ask for help. It's valued a lot, so for those having trouble with it will find it rather hard to live and given the support needed. That's why for example disabled people have it really really hard to get by, because they're seen as disposable and not worthy. So yeah, individualism is cheered for, while collectivism is seen as something that shouldn't be strived for. From having watched a lot of travel videos, I'd say the warmer the country, in terms of weather, the friendlier the people.

Back in 2017 I went to Gjakova in Kosovo to make a film for my TH-cam channel and I fell in love with the people and the country. They have had so much hardship with the war and lost so many young people it really got to me. We visited places where every male from the youngest to oldest had been killed but even with this history everyone was so welcoming. Sherry for me its because I grew up in that region, my grandma raised me. It was a very simple life, we did not have much but there was always plenty of hugs and kisses. Plenty of food, friends and happiness. Today I have it all but missing the simplicity of the love and genuine love that those people show. I am lonely and sad in comparison. I dont know if that makes sense. That lady reminds me of what I miss.

Why did you put "Waiting for Serbians to disagree"? I'm guessing you were trying to make a joke but I find it quite distasteful and as one of your subscribers, it kinda disappointed me. Those type of "jokes" just deepen the problem and divide us even more. I especially don't like the fact that people who have nothing to do with this, and are neither of these nationalities give themselves the right to call out one of the other. I'm serbian and I think Kosovo is a beautiful country. It's very disrespectful to bring up traumatizing past events as if it isn't a real everyday problem and a huge prejudice between these people, and other Balkan nations. I did not think that was funny.

They ethnicly cleaned Serbs and others from this part of Serbia. By UN this is SERBIA, SERBS are native people and Albanians are from Albania witch is south from Kosovo.
This warmhearted and welcoming people use to take people as a hostages and in this same beautifull nature they were taking their organs and sell all over the black market. If we talk about drug bussines or human traficking, weapons, mafia things they are second to nobody. Find story about young people from Chech republic who end dead without organs and they just wanted to see this beautifull Serbian mountins. Not to mention all Serbian heritage visible all arround Kosovo despite fact they destroyed, burned over 130 churches. Serbian churches, fortresses are 800+ year old.
      But who cares.
By the way. I don't hate anybody personal. Sure there are nice people like this talented hard working woman. I wrote this just because a lot of side picking posts. My writting is easy to check.
