In my luteal phase (day 25/28) and was definitely experiencing a case of the cranks! Opened TH-cam and this was the first video suggested to me. Was feeling bad for skipping my run and watching this was my sign from the universe that I am more aligned than I think.
Love this! I’m 24, and I just got off hormonal birth control for the first time since I started taking it 2 years ago. I’m just at starting to learn about the beauty of the different phases of my cycle. I’m lucky that I knew what I was like as an adult NOT on hormonal BC - most girls are told to start taking it in their young teens, and literally don’t know what they’re like as a natural healthy adult woah without messed up hormones. Anyway, hormonal birth control fUCKED me up; I had depressive episodes for the first time in my life, became an angry person when I never was before, had hair-trigger stress levels, and NO libido. I used to be the OPPOSITE of that before hormonal birth control. And I’m done. I’m finally healing, and rediscovering feeling healthy, whole, natural, and happy. Subscribed!
To me, I think, it's the opposite. I've had thyroiditis since I was a child and in this past year suspected endometriosis (passed down) so I got on birth control again (was on it for 1 year for acne) so that the endom wouldn't progress and those pills made me and my cycle feel more stable and cleared my skin. Overal decent stuff. Although some hormonal hiccups still happen, I still feel unbalanced sometimes, but it's not that different from when I was in a natual cycle.
Totally agree, love the video. I try very hard to do this as much as I can but it's hard when life gets in the way and you work full time! Just discovered your channel and off to watch the rest of your videos now
Thank you!!!!❤🎉 Best video on this topic. You are so gentle & kind in your communication. Wish I knew this 20 years ago. Sharing with my daughters so their lives can be nourished & generations going forward will thrive. You are literally changing & healing lives Emma!!!
Can’t wait to hear more on this topic I’m currently bleeding feeling very emotional so these videos help Me understand myself so much better and being a sense of calm to the chaos in my mind! Thanks for sharing!!
I've been aware that I'm synched up with the full moon for about a year. I've always been curious as to what exactly this means. Thanks for the wisdom ✨🙏🏽💜

I love your videos. Could you please make a video about following your fertility? I want to get off of birth control. I have two young toddlers and don’t want any more babies for a long time, so I am on birth control because I’m scared to get pregnant. But it makes me feel terrible and I’d like to get off of it. Would you please be able to make a video teaching about fertility and how to practice natural birth control ? Thank you so much💗
wouldn't the menstrual phase which occurs in the follicular cycle be a time of high energy? I usually feel the most fatigued 9-10 days before menstruation and once I bleed for a day my energy is up again.
This is a wonderful video! Could you clarify what days of your cycle match up with the different phases you talk about please? I'm a mummy of three who didn't listen to her body and has managed to give myself bilateral tarsal tunnel. It's taken three harrowing years to finally get to the bottom of what's causing the hypersensitivity in my feet. I'm just starting to learn about this beautiful topic 😊
I love this! I wonder if you have any herb suggestions on how to combat constipation during ovulation? I heard it happens to some due to increase in progesterone.
When I had a natural cycle, of 35 days I tried cycle syncing for quite a few months, but it just didn't work, I couldn't really tell apart the cycles :( Maybe it's because I have a thyroid desease or maybe it's endometriosis, but yeah, just wanted to share, because I believe it's a nice thing to be in tune with your cycle, but to people like me it's a bit sad because: 1) we already have to keep up with the "man's" rythm everyday and we can't just dissapear into nature or the countryside to regulate 2) our hormones are kinda unpredictable and it's hard to track cycles when one day it's "let's go go go", another day it's mood swings/fatigue and another day it's apathy. So to people like me, birth control is needed, but then we get shamed for being "unnatural" or excluded from cycle-related conversations
Not shamed at all! This information is more to help educate and inform, give women options! So then you can choose what is best for you and your unique beautiful body 💛💛
@@emmalrobles when I said "shamed" I didn't mean you or this video , it's actually very nice 😄 but I have encountered homeopathic people on different channels or platforms who were a bit "disagreeing"
@@austejajurkynaite9719 im so sorry that has been your experience, I agree, this space can tend to be so black and white. However you can still cycle sync or even develop your own cycle practices no matter your decision and needs in regard to BC 💛💛 sending you lots of love
@@emmalrobles of course! I know temperature is really important for our cycle. For example, not doing an ice bath during the luteal phase and menstruation, so the uterus can naturally be warmer and support the higher progesterone. What I am asking though is does your cycle syncing protocol change when it’s December vs when it’s July. I am also trying to understand how quantum health plays into our female biology. I had read where in the winter months of the year that consuming less fruit when a person gets less sun…is better for mitochondria health as there is less deuterium build up. Hope that helps clarify 😁🤟
I really need help understanding how our menstrual phase and follicular phase are during the same time? You mentioned that we should be resting during our menstrual phase but then you mention we should try a new workout during our follicular, even if they start the same time. Please explain!!!!
