Considering it's priced at $17.95 it's a great deal. Easy sipper, sweet, classic bourbon notes and actually has a decent mouth feel. It doesn't drink too hot at 100 proof ... and it's always available. I'm getting really tired of trying to hunt down hard or impossible to find bourbons.
My Old Fashioned changes with my mood and whether I've made regular simple syrup or enhanced it for the season. I've been leaning towards Rye more recently but I'm also out of syrup lol.
They do! Or at least the distillery does under a different brand, but it's all still coming from Heaven Hill. It's called Rittenhouse Rye. They also produce multiple bourbons that are BiB, including JW Dant, Old Fitzgerald, Henry McKenna, Heaven Hill, and a corn whiskey (high corn mash bill aged in used oak) called Mellow Corn.

FOMO is real in bourbon and it's easy to get sucked in. But you're right, there are plenty of shelfers that are fantastic for the price.
My experience with bottom shelf labels is, i smell, and taste the ethanol, and has a very cheap taste.❤❤😊😊
If you haven't had this one, it's worth trying. Might be bottom shelf where you are but the whiskey itself is far from bottom shelf taste.
That looks like a new label design. Anyway, I like this bourbon.
I think they updated it in the last 2-3 years but I'm not positive.
Do you have a special old fashioned recipe fo even Williams or do you stick with the standared mix

Would like to see them make a rye bottled in bond.
