first I was like "who is that arogant boasting bloke" ... Than I saw you climbing up this sick route.. You climb with passion and fight for it, I like that :D
I really think he is mocking the boredom of climbing talk in the first part. Guess the self confidence is a must to beast through this insane boulder problem. Gotta hate yourself in a weird way to pull of stuff lik this.
I've checked the credits, and with Shazam, it seems the song is by Rocobop, perhaps called Make Me Feel. Can't find it anywhere though. Hope someone can track it down...
@@toppy2610 Yes! It's available on Bandcamp. The song is Make Me Feel on the album The Mind The Machine by Rocobop. I'd link it but TH-cam doesn't allow this.
After one of the crux moves, a big move to a crimp, they replay in slow motion.....these are not the same two clips though, in one his 3rd finger cuts, the first clip it does not, why string different climbs together? I would think clearly he sent it redpoint style, odd that there is shots from more than one attempt? I was looking so closely because it was so incredible, but after watching a few times, there is allot different in those two clips.
Probably the majority of the route climbing videos you've seen string multiple climbs together. Normally close angle shots, shots of the holds, and other various angles are all pieced together with actual send footage. Pretty rare to only show footage of the send, unless it was shot with a single static camera, or the budget supports enough camera man to get all the angles for each attempt.
Updated climbing at tiepan is now against the law Thanks Victoria, not only have you banned all good outdoor climbing in ur state, ur also fucking over everyone else in Australia with cov19
Firstly, I actually enjoy rock climbing. My personal favourite climbs are multiple pitch walls. However, I have learned a lot in my first few years of climbing. And the most important thing to remember when rock climbing is that top roping is completely different to leading. For example, when you climb with a top rope in the gym you may be able to do a grade eighteen climb. This does not mean you can do a grade eighteen leading on a real rock face. Furthermore, when you lead climb on a real rock face you want to drop about six grades of difficulty. This is because you actually fumble around for gear and hang their for ten minutes trying to place gear in the rock.
In addition, I have actually put on like a hundred and twenty kilograms since I was climbing last. Therefore, if I were to do rock climbing now days I would lead the lowest grade climbs in the book. And I would enjoy it just as much.
i almost forgot to watch this video today
Arguably the greatest climbing clip ever
Seconded. Also has the best logo for a climb ever (arguably). ^_^

I like the part when he screams
LOL... "fucking BLEEP" at 7:07.... I'm intrigued as to the editorial motivation behind bleeping one word but not the other... Nice work BTW
7 years late but pretty sure he says cunt...
Just filled a glass of water with my sweating hands
Can't climb now because of the ban.
thats pretty rad

I actually appreciated how they made it obvious this wasn't flashed. Had no intentions of seeing it done in a single attempt, its grade 33!
