- A very busy on the north site today, the three diggers digging trenches have moved over to the northern site and a forth digger is clearing the site and making it flat. They certainly are preparing for something.

From my observation, these works are ground investigation works prior to works by a Principal Contractor.
Who that is I have no idea?
Well the principal contractor would be Universal Studios resort but we don’t know who is doing the surveys. Probably the museum of London archeology based in Northampton.
The track goes nowhere special, it just ends on an incline. It’s been like that for ages. It’s actually on an old dam that’s splits the lakes - all bricks below the surface.
They are defo cleaning up the foliage. 👍🏻

Looks interesting, it so far looks like it maybe going 100% ahead, I hope so especially with x2 gates. Would be good for the UK to have a resort on this scale to compete with Disneyland Resort Paris, or dominate it? As this resort could have various IP's from various films, TV shows both US & UK. Aswell original creations alongside? Hoping with Gate 2 its a complete mixed British & American park aswell in citywalk features all historical museums and experiences from our history? Would be extra special even with characters walking around citywalk? Like Dell Boy & Rodney from Only Fools and Horses, Peaky Blinders? Sweeney Todd & Mrs Lovett, Jack the Ripper? Doctor Who, Torchwood and so many more, would be really epic with fictional pubs, shops, exhibitions and more all inside? Oh Please Universal, make this happen, need this in UK right now & for our future? Gonna be epic, have by the liked & shared & look forward to seeing in future more updates. Cheers, 😀👍

There is Utility Container which means they are probaly testing the groung,I delivered Deep Trench Safety Equipment to major constructions sties throught he UK so this to me is standard on most major building sites
Yes they are digging trenches. They did bore holes a few weeks ago.
They’ll first build the roads, improve road network and railway stations before Universal Studios starts to move in and begin construction on the park.
And I’ll document it all 😀
I would have thought the resort and park would be built at the same time. The government will build the roads and Comcast will build the resort.
My GOD that drone is stable?! Drone tech has clearly moved on a lot. It's like you're at the top of a crane. Until you fly off somewhere else...

I'd be very surprised if this gets planning permission.
I think it will, they will be sidestepping the local council and going for a Special Development Order which is at government level and the government have already said they’ll back it so I think planning won’t be whatever may stop this from happening.
@@ProjectUniversalUK The idea this, or (fingers crossed) the next Government, would turn down the opportunity to create al those jobs, which will be a boost to the economy, both now and during the lifetime of the park. More tourism as well, so it's a win-win.
The government national or local would be very stupid to turn it down
@@Casual_Gamer_ChannelLabour who would likely form the new govt if they win the next GE will most definitely back this. They already talked about doing big infrastructure projects that'll create a lot of jobs which this whole project will create according to the proposal. The local MP is a Labour MP so I'm pretty sure he already talked about this with Keir Starmer and their shadow chancellor.
