If you are interested in covering hoi4 mods as the Institute, would you like to cover some nations from TNO? Germany would be the obvious choice as they are the kings of that world, but you can also focus on Italy which is trying to decide if to stay with fascism or abandon it, or what fascism exactly means to begin with. Japan can also be a nice choice, or you can pick WRRF who is the canon unifier of the broken Russia, though this may be hard as WRRF unifies Russia *after* the mod's timeline starts.

I’m disappointed in you Templin Institute, there was no mention of Workplace Democracy and Trade Unions being in charge of everything (Including the workplace), ordinary people voting on every important decisions in their workplaces and electing their bosses via being a member of the Trade Union in charge of their local workplace and voting for who’s head of their particular Trade Union which because Trade Unions are in charge of every workplace means they are able to vote for who’s their bosses.
I think the Templin Institute generally does broad overviews of each nation/country/empire/thingy. They don't delve that much into ideological nuance or economic theory. It's more: Internal politics, military, foreign policy, done.

The one thing I’d say, is I imagine the capital would be relocated. The strikes were initiated elsewhere and being a worker’s revolution I could see the capital becoming Birmingham or Sheffield. Similar to how Moscow become the new capital of the Soviet Union.
I’m disappointed in you Templin Institute, there was no mention of Workplace Democracy and Trade Unions being in charge of everything (Including the workplace), ordinary people voting on every important decisions in their workplaces and electing their bosses via being a member of the Trade Union in charge of their local workplace and voting for who’s head of their particular Trade Union which because Trade Unions are in charge of every workplace means they are able to vote for who’s their bosses.
