There were some comments from our community asking Sam to add music during lifts. But IMO, this channel is all about being real, raw, and authentic. Lifting is not easy; it's about working hard. The viewers need to see the real effort Sam puts in for his gains. When I was a beginner, watching those influencers swinging dumbbells, smiling and making it look easy made me feel like something was wrong with me and that I wasn't healthy enough to lift. Now, seeing how Sam works, I know there's nothing wrong with me then, and that lifting requires hard work. So, the bottom line is, if there's music and editing, it's no longer original, no longer Sam Sulek. Its just my 2cents. Please don't come at me. 🙏
I enjoy Sam's content for the realism too. It's just raw content of him being himself making interesting and valid points in his car talks and working hard in the gym day in day out for gains which in my opinion is inspiring.

Sam a tip from someone who had a messy car for over a decade and turned it around mostly thanks to this, get a clippable to the headrest of the passenger seat cube trash can! The clip makes it super easy to take out, dump in the trash then a quick wipe up every other time-ish so it doesn't stink. I crush my water bottles to save a bit of space cause I too had a baby bed of them in my back seat lol

I'm not doing Social Media stuff yet but I definitely would in the future (not necessarily lifting only)
But one thing I'd definitely say is that you really have to stay consistent even when it looks like your engagement or whatever may be falling off a little bit. Not every day will be the same, there are alot of ups and downs. Some videos may bang, some may flop. Some people will grow faster than you, some people may have worse content than you and "unfairly" hit the algorithm perfectly and blow up. This shit aint fair at all, but you can't let anything change your path. You just gotta keep doing your thing and stay consistent because eventually something will come of it. The moment you start comparing your social media presence to others and losing focus, it's over.

I like the two legged leg press better, just pause more between reps. Also leg sled for more weight at some point. Sulek is pretty much maxxed out on the leg press equipment.

How much creatine are you using per day? My weight is 280 pounds, and I'm 6.5 tall. I'm taking 1 scoop before and 1 after training, but I feel like it's not enough. Sometimes I mix before training with protein shake- 2 scoops with protein + 1 creatine, after workout food and 1 scoop of creatine.

This video reminds me I need to put in isometrics to increase stability of all muscle joints and strengthen tendons, holding a weight at the point where I’m weakest. The second reminder is about this hamstring lifting behavior. I could cut the scene away and replace it with a roller coaster and you would look exactly the same. 🤔 have fun enjoying that ride.

Sam, I walk about 20k steps at my job 4 days a week. Does walking that many steps work your body enough to be a substitute for daily cardio?
I’d say so
Tip for anyone bulking: dont eat just 3 big ass meals a day. Trick your metabolism. Eat a little less each meal that way you'll be hungry again in like 2 hours that way u can consistently eat throughout the day and get a constant protein drip.

but also I did actual squats in the smith machine today, I haven't done actual squats in a long time... it's not as bad as I remember (only tricky with unracking and re-racking the bar, cause it's the smith machine). I don't really like the freeweight barbell version, granted we don't have that option in PF anyways haha

Good leg day, lots of reps on the single leg hip leg press. With some 5 rep tradeoffs at the end. Then that hack squat. Seems lighter than the usual two leg multiset leg presses. Heck even there Sulek will soon get maxxed out and doing lots of reps, probably transition to heavier weights on usual legsled leg press.
