I'll do it after Fajr Prayer 2. Don't have gym but bodyweight exercises for me now 3. Self-explanatory! 4. Run, Hilt, or Skipping ect. 5. Work 90mins then take 5-10 minutes BREAK & then continue again with 90mins. 6. (Yeah... I'll skip this for now.) 7. Me who's sleep deprived and prays Tahadjud be like; 😎 8. Yeah.... what’s your thoughts on sleeping by calculating sleep cycles? for me it would mean i would get 30 min less sleep but feel more awake?
