    Nice tutorial, dude !
However I prefer the Auto mode for these low light situations: when you leave the camera in full Auto mode, you do not know the settings the camera is dynamically choosing (ISO, fps, White balance, etc.). When you use Manual Mode the camera sticks to the settings you have chosen, but then you move around and the lighting conditions change ! This is why sometimes your footage is too bright, others it is too dark. Take for example time 2:30 of your video. I honestly prefer the ‘Before’ section rather than the ‘After’ section, yes, the sky is not that dark, but at least you can see the faces of people, car plates, etc. I know it is a matter of taste. In general, action and compact cameras perform much better in daylight conditions, mainly due to their small sensors and noise generation, but as you said, their footage are mostly viewed in small screens, such as cell phones, tablets, etc.

Dan, thanks for the instructive comparison at 1:30, and for explaining how your settings serve up what we see. Those settings let you show how pretty the lights are, whereas the auto mode overexposes those lights - while instead trying to record surfaces - and people! If the latter is important, auto mode is a good choice, and as you explain later, managing white balance can improve things.
Other cameras can do better jobs at all this, of course. But other cameras are burdensome on a casual holiday evening out with friends or family. . . thats when my GO2 jumps out of my pocket, ready to film the fun!

I would use 25/24 fps in order to maintain a lower shutter speed (1/50 vs 1/100) so you can get a bit more light. 50fps makes no sense if you dont want to use slow motion.

    I bought Instagram 360 go2
    Maximum video length.
    FPV mode: 30 minutes.
    Basic stabilization: 15 minutes.
    FlowState Stabilization: 10 minutes
What is FPV mode and how can I shoot in FPV mode?
I'm curious about the maximum video length of 30 minutes.

The ironic part is, your manual mode produce the worst looking video. Btw, when you bump the shutter speed to 100, shutter closes faster, which result in a lot less lights getting into the sensor. Its much better to shoot in 24fps/25fps and shutter at 50. For night video, you will get a lot more light and better quality videos.
