Hyderabad’s real estate market continues to thrive, with property prices in key areas like Gachibowli, Hitech City, and Kokapet seeing an annual growth of 8-12% in recent years. Additionally, Hyderabad ranks as one of the top cities for rental yields in India, with yields ranging from 3-5% in prime locations. These statistics highlight the city’s growing potential and strong return on investment, proving that smart investments here can really pay off!
There are many real estate agents in hyderabad who don't even have proper education. All they know is how to cheat and get more comission out of transaction
All NRIs Please do not invest in india any city. Keep your money with you and have good night sleep. If you have already properties initiate the process of selling them then you will realize the real pain. Just have 1 home like apartment when you visit you can use it as home. If you have more money keep in bank and sleep happily. Don't trouble the trouble then trouble will trouble you😂. This is true for investment in india😂. Thanking you for doing this video and bringing awareness 🙏
@@parvathijilumudi1693this happens only when your property is under litigation . Otherwise it’s ok . Many NRIs are still investing and making money. Luck is a huge factor
All will lose money in real estate except builders and politically powers Real estate is not a cup of tea for working professionals It's simply marketing gimmick sales team is fooling Hope we professionals are safe and explore other than real wstate
Dont believe relatives in real estate. My father got cheated by ppl who were family friends for 25 yrs. We lost 1.5 Lacs some 15 yrs back. Same ppl in another transaction when we were trying to sell a property, they used to bad mouth saying the plot area is not in demand. Actually they wanted to take hold of it in future so who ever comes to see the land are told is costs only 50% of what we were demanding.

Yes. I am saying this with experience and alerting my fellow NRIs not to feel the pain.
People encroached on our ancestral lands that have been with our family for the past 125 years. Uncivilized society.
