I am An Architect precast house is not economical for only single house because the factory have to make moulding then concrete por in those molding.. so moulding make is costly for single bouse. But when we make same type of house in mass production then factory make only one molding and it use for making multiply house then it is economical for costumer.

not possible at all. 6 years back my family build 1300 Sqft in 35+ lakhs, and it is a very decent construction, nothing luxurious.
